I can't imagine that your credit card will take a $10 K credit. I think they will only take back what you charged on it.
I can't see how MB will be able to refund using credit cards. Isn't that the illegal part of it all? Or maybe the Feds are giving them the okay to do so.
I put money on my credit card before after it was all clear it had a plus balance. then just spend it like normal money and the positive balance will go down. just be careful cause the credit card I had didn't get used in six months and I still had a positive balance on it and the credit card company canceled my card and never got the money back that was still on there.

The biggest drawback is having far less middle opportunity during half times. Whereas other books will move their lines accordingly, MB was the only book where the lines stays put... the juice might get out of wack, but the lines don't change.
Now when you're shopping around during half time you will no longer have that safety net to protect yourself from market fluctuation.

Yeah, i saw that in the email..I hope they dont turn our asses over to the feds! haha
It's the regulators in Antigua and they are not too friendly with the U.S. after their failed lawsuit, so I don't think we'll get turned in. There are bigger fish to fry than us. For that matter, they should be looking to clean up Wall Street, not sports gambling.
It's insane that the Federal Government is cracking down on sports books while the states are working on running a book themselves!

Kind of ironic that the books that have gotten shut down are the most reputable, low juice, options that are probably preferred by the educated bettor.
The crap that recreational bettors and addicts go for survives. Nice work, USA!

Look at the NBA numbers right now - huge jump in amounts out there from yesterday to today obviously.
Keep your eyes on it. Owned by bookmaker / cris - might be the new deal.
the liquidity isn't quite there yet.. particularly for nhl.. but i'm hoping within the next couple weeks this book turns into the new matchbook. I don't see any reason for why it wouldn't. It's owned by a reputable book (bookmaker) and offers a decent 2% commission off winnings like matchbook did a few years back.

I wished your post and warnings were more visible. I never heard a peep about it.
Seems unfair that they wouldn't give us a week or two to make our own arrangements. Why they can't allow free transfers to other sportsbooks is also unreasonable.
$35 when it used to be $9 is not justified.
Complain to the regulator in Antigua.

Good call. I was writing yesterday that I think somebody will step up and replace this space. The liquidity does look bad now, but I will check closer to 7pm est, I'm thinking it will look better.
With the rep of CRIS, this could grow quickly. On the other hand, CRIS may not like the idea of it getting too popular, after all if there were unlimited liquidity then why would the big fish want to play -110 with CRIS anymore?

I don't think you will get stiffed. Are you really concerned they will just keep your money? You should gt your money.
I'm just pissed about the $35.
Would you or anyone looking to withdrawal a substantial amount, be willing to include my measly $34 and PayPal it to me at your convenience. They might let me transfer it to another MB customer.
It's only $34, but they want $35 to take it out. Bastards! It's just the principle.

I just talked to MB and they said only those amounts deposited by credit card will be refunded by credit card.
If you have a large amount in addition to what you deposited by credit card or if you deposited by some other method, it will be done by bank wire.
This definitely is not true at all. Any customers with under 10 grand have to send it to their credit card. They are going to send you a credit and it has nothing to do with deposits.
