It will pass in NJ but unless the Feds drop their ban nothing will happen for at least three years.

This year's BEST BET is it will pass this November with a substantial "YES" vote. 

Multi-million dollar question:  Will NJ Governor look past his political future and his conservative Republican buddies and do the right thing in signing legislation to pass bill for a state desperate to raise revenue.

Just ask your friends in NJ, who pay the highest property taxes in the USA and are still paying other fees and taxes for 75 years of corruption.

SPORTS BETTING IN NJ WILL HAPPEN.  Just a matter of when.... 

Here's hoping all your bets cover today and we all live to see ONLINE WAGERING in NJ as well.

yes it i will pass and i think they will sign off on it and I also think that the feds will give NJ the okay to do it. I am sure the big bad wolf (NFL) will protest it.  Just think they need a new revenue source this would be it. it would be nice to go to my local simulcast facility and but down couple of dollars down say on the 'Giants then when i i win i can collect my money that way. Just think if the people want it they should have just done it already. Feds really have to stop protecting vegas.  It took AC long time to get poker and took long to to get simulcasting for races here . So things take a long time for things to get done in the Garden state .

as a nj resident you should help vote it on november 8th my man and also when do you think it will take effect and outside of nj like myself a ny resident you think ac will have account for gamblers instead of making bets physically

I think that if it ever sees the light of day you will have to physically go to AC or one of the simulcasting places here in NJ to make a wager.

The racetrack part of the issue will make it a non starter. AC only was the way to go but we'll see.

i think it will happen  one of this year they estimate it will be a 10 billion dollars business that what i hear.
