there&#x27;s lots of other payouts for getting 3 #&#x27;s, 4 #&#x27;s correct, etc, so the states didn&#x27;t steal the whole difference...

161 people won 250k ---- is ~40M

897 won 10k - is 8.9M

All the other prizes may have added to 60M - ballpark est and add another 12 M for next drawing.

So ~ 762M in total prizes out of 1.5 Billion tickets sold. Please check facts before calling anyone a dummy. As I originally stated - the states did much better than I thought.
