but the speculation that he tried some mass cover up, did not do anything, etc is just baseless and completely inaccurate.
'albeit a very expensive one employing some rather high-profile talent.
Freeh, for example, was President Bill Clinton’s FBI director from 1993 to 2001, with prior experience as a field agent and assistant U.S. attorney in New York. He prides himself on his investigative work and helping to devise fixes to crises "that could lead to the end of an enterprise or a franchise," and on not bringing a seal of approval to his clients.'

on a child as a pedophile sodomizing them and forcing them to perform
oral sex on them.

First that's one of your arguments...
Now you have a problem with Louis Freeh?
You just keep making up problems to stay on that side of the argument even when the argument is over. That's the same mindset that most of the people around the Penn St program have. People like you are the reason they should have shut down the football program.

All you need to ask yourself if Paterno is a true peice of shit, is would he have done the minimum if he heard his kid or grandchildren were being buttfucked by the linebackers coach?

The punishment is about changing things in the future. Next time maybe people will think twice about covering this stuff up at other schools when this happens or something like it again. I agree the kids on the team had nothing to do with it but they have the option to transfer if they want. Its like saying don't send someone to jail because they have kids and the kids will be punished by not having their parent. There's always collateral damage. The football program and culture were the vehicles Sandusky was able to use to do what he did. Be mad at Sandusky, Paterno, local police and all the other enablers. Shifting the blame and anger toward the NCAA and Freeh is foolish.
