You do NOT deserve any sort of punishment -- what's the "crime"? Anybody hurt? Any dead bodies?
The "crime" is the "breaking" of a federal "law", which is a legal-fiction, corporate "law", not any sort of real, substantive Law under the Organic Contitution of 1789, as Lawfully Amended.
The vast majority of people have NO clue as to what the "laws" are, so they are talking in the dark when it comes to these matters of "law".
Understand that the "laws" that you "broke" are commercial law, are "public law" -- both of which stem from the Maritime/Admiralty system of "laws" that absolutely are NOT under the aegis of the Organic Constitution as created by our Founding Fathers.
But the feds don't give a fuck, nor do the vast majority of people who work inside the system, i.e. cops, judges, Attys, etc.
But I have good news for you -- you are more than likely not going to prison come next year in April of 2012, why? It's because the current system -- the corporate system of the feds, state and county systems of "laws", codes, ordinances, statutes, etc, are going to be repealed sometime early next year.
And they will be replaced with the original Constitution that we had in the first place and one consequence would be that there'd be tens of thousands of prisoners who will be released from prison who have "comitted" non-violent crimes, and those who are scheduled to go to prison will not go.
There are three systems of laws -- ecclesiastical, substantive (i.e. Constitution) and corporate laws. ALL drug laws fall under the corporate system of "laws", so they will no longer apply once the current system of federal power finally falls in the next few months.
Ok, I gotta go watch the USF / Pitt game... back later.
Oh good.......advice from a mental case.

if a parent is mad at the dealer than the parent is an uninformed retard.
Huh? The drug problem isn't that simple...yes the child would have issues, yes the parent would have issues to deal with but if you don't see the dealer as playing a role in the problem then your head is completely fucked.

Tough break man keep your head up you'll be fine. Take care of that kid thats the shit thats important now.
To the people talking about laws being repealed and ass rapings though. My god dudes going to jail and mother fuckers are cracking jokes. Yea he did something that was illegal yes I do think prison time is the appropriate response as thats how it works. The people making jokes and shit whether you believe he deserves jail time or not need a fucking beat down, shits not funny and immature douche baggery like that is why you're probably a fucking loser in your moms basement, show some fucking class dude has a kid and isn't flaunting what he did or coming on here like a bad ass asking for the jokes.
Best of luck to you man, hope you get it reduced or delayed a bit, gun charge seems like bullshit, can't condone selling coke though although i've seen a lot worse get less which is pretty fucking shitty.

Oh ok...........you're right, don't try to remove one dealer cause it doesn't matter - just bury your head in the sand and start no where. Yes there is a mutliple prong approach - prevention, education and enforcement. So you suggest drop the enforcement!! - lovely. My experience - 33 years in a profession directly related to the matter. And yours is.....let me a guess, a user.

Mozart is in dreamland and has no idea what he is talking about. He's spouting off a bunch of illogical pseudo-intellectual language in hopes that his delusions come true

You do NOT deserve any sort of punishment -- what's the "crime"? Anybody hurt? Any dead bodies?
Society disagrees as we have enacted laws against drug trafficking through our legislatures and elected representatives. The crime is violating the statute.
No one may have been "hurt" by this run, but I'm almost 100% willing to bet this wasn't the first time he may have moved weight. In that case, yes, someone likely did get hurt or may have died. Ever hear of overdoses? Or are those just a figment of your imagination like this drivel you spout?
