Was pretty much my thoughts exactly.  I personally liked the girl who is replacing Megan Fox in the newest edition of the Transformers movie.  I think she was #15 on this list.

the top ten gets off to a bad start with that picture of hathaway and then katie perry but it's pretty solid other than that.

I never got the appeal of Hathaway. After hours in hair and makeup and airbrushing  she looks like a 7 (maybe a 7.5) and without it she looks like a 6, yet some guys act like she is one of the hottest women to ever walk the earth.

Penelope Cruz, like the article said she was hot stuff 10 yrs ago. Still well perserved but not well enough for this competition.

Anne Hathaway, I hope that's just an unflattering photo. Her face looks like a cheap halloween mask.

Miranda Kerr, maybe she could use a double chin enhancement.
