The thread about The box aka Nancy Grace got me thinking. What about a website dedicated to The Most Hated Celebrities?
According to GoDaddy... MostHatedCelebrities.com is taken, but TheMostHatedCelebrities.com is available foe $9.99.
Not a million dollar idea, but if it was properly built, updated regularly, had some games like "Kill the Bitch", A rating of most to least hated, maybe a forum it could produce a decent income. The work is updated content and traffic building.
Considering how much people focus on the celebrities they hate and the amount of news coverage and TV time the most hated get I think traffic to vent about that would not be a problem.

The trick would be to figure out what content would generate the most repeat traffic... What would get people to come back to the site time after time...
