I'm trying to get myself to start going to gym before work, because I can't do it after... which means getting up at quarter after 4. If I ever actually get around to doing that, I'll give this another shot after I warm up for ya search.
Damn really! I cannot do pull ups for $hit (I have no idea why as I lift all the time) but I can do about 65 good form push ups but it usually takes about a little over a minute as I take my time (not saying resting just saying I do proper form).

That is more than bizarre... acutally a little screwed up! I hope he was the team tail back. With tree trunks legs like that but not much of a stiff arm I am sure.

I think it's funny when people say they can do 100 and then have fucked up form, their elbows aren't even coming close to 90 degrees or they aren't fully extending on the way up.
I would say 50 proper form push ups. Maybe 60 on a good day.
I tried a program like this(app on my phone) and it didn't work for me. Altough it did increase the amount I could do.
