as little as it would sound to many people on here, there is a possibility that you were traumatized by the experience or have some anger for the coercion that you kept on having to go through from her. I would say to do what you feel is right. Ignoring her would be fine as long as you are at peace with what happened because afterall, she was 16 and too many people do things at that age that they would never do again let alone you being 8 years old. And maybe you were a good kid who never did anything bad to anyone from 8 years old on because you had this experience that stayed inside you for a long time, i mean anything is a possibility. From my view, it might have been worst if you ended up doing something that you did not like because someone pulled a gun on you, but people say a lot of crazy shit when they are immature as well as pull a lot of crap they should be sorry for later on in their lives if they can't in the present. I think it still bothers you every so often because you are friends with the brother on facebook, you ran into the brother every 5 years or so, and it seems like you won't have closure unless you are able to get ur feelings out, are you sure you want to not accept her request? I know it would be hard to be straightforward with her and it might create an awkward moment on your behalf if you told her about it, but do what you think is best for you.
