I am sure he is just fine. I did 5 years in a federal penitentiary from 2002-2007. I think some of you guys have been watching too many movies. As long as you do not go in there acting like you are queer, you will not have that problem. As long as you mind your own business, do not take anything that does not belong to you, rack up any gambling or drug debts that you cannot pay, or come in there acting like some bad-ass motherfu@@er, you will be just fine. Since he is only doing 9 months, he is probably doing it in the county so he can be granted work release if he is employed. The vast majority of the guys in there just want to do their time and get out. They do not want to get into more trouble that will bring new charges while inside and keep them there any longer.
