You guys have it all wrong here... If he gave the bookie the name of his friend and said he wants to get set up with an account, it is the bookies discretion whether to set him up or not! You should not be on the hook for his actions whatsoever!!
I know 3 locals that have there own websites... The only way you would be on the hook is if you were obviously putting the action in for him... But if he was set up and it's his own account, then that has nothing to do with you. Total BS
