Okay, while people are asking for advice with the Laydees! Ill ask about my "dilemma"

Question

I had been talking to this girl from work for a couple of months . Finally got up the stones to ask her out about a month ago and she said yes. We talked a lot in between that and us finally going out.
We had diff schedules so once hers changed we went out for a nice dinner 2 weeks ago, had a nice time. Havent talked a ton since then but whenever we see each other I get the big hello and a smile. I asked her out again the following week but she stated she had a family event last weekend so I left it at that.

Hadnt talked a lot or seen too much of each other in the meantime, both kind of busy at work (same place but different sides of the building)

Today I saw her and we spent a nice 1/2 hour talking alone at lunch but I did not ask her out again. I figured the next 2 weekends are holidays so I thought Id wait until maybe later next week to ask about that following weekend

Would you have asked? Did I do the right thing? I dont want to come across as a desperate ass (or the creepy guy at work) but I really do like this woman

My advice is to not go out to dinner. Go out to a nice place that is more of a alcohol vibe type place that just happens to serve food.

Girls all the time talk to dudes all the time but they have no thoughts of what his cock would be like.

If she is at all cute or hot. She is an expert at brushing guys off without actually rejecting. She does it everyday. It is cool you have built up a little repoor. But going out to dinner overall is not a panty dropper situation for a nice guy and a chic that thinks she is having dinner with a great new friend

I do not know where you fall into her rankings but if you want to find out? Ask her out again but say go out for drinks. Be sure to suggest the drinks first and say you would like to go there and they also have good food.

Once there, joke around a little and order some shit and let her get loose. Most chics start giving up info they would never share after the second glass of wine

It could actually help if you do not bug her out of the ordinary during that time.Then wine time comes and then you can learn what is really on her mind.  Hopefully you are pulling it off and she hs more than a couple drinks. Her way of subliminally telling you she is DTF. NJD...my best advice is wait til after the holidays. Do you have her number? Send her a text msg at Christmas, keep the msg short and sweet and always always end the msg'ing on a high note (say you have to step away).
