Toronto is overrated...the girls think they are hotter than hell, its expensive to party and last call is 2pm! I could go on and on but that's no the point of this thread. Here's what is around...
Food
Italian - Tons around, all up and down Yonge Street
Seafood - better in florida
American - there's a few places that serves pretty good southern style ribs, fried chicken. But its more for take out and im sure you've had better so not worth it. (STOCKYARDS)
Mexican - only 1 authentic mexican place and its not even that great

I don't know how no one has mentioned this yet, but July 1st is Canada Day (I am not sure if you knew this or not), so there will be crazy parties downtown all day.
I used to live in TO - its been a while so I would take the others advice, but I agree that the beaches area is a good low-key place to hang out. Danforth is great for some good greek food - if you want good italian I would hit a small local bakery, there are a tonne of them in the area and they always have the best food.

instead of stopping in buffalo, i would go across the border and go to niagara (lundy's lane district (supersex and tons of other great strip bars)..also better casinos with fallsview
toronto has it all...if you want to do the clubbing thing, there are tons of places...if you want to do the strippers, go to 'for your eyes only' on king west or 'brass rail' and 'zanzibar' on yonge street...it's pride week and therefore the gay pride march will be on yonge...i would stay away from that
tons of great patios (black bull on queen west), paupers bar (bloor west), remys and hemingways (yorkville area which is bay and bloor, a little more upscale) ...tons of places on queen west, king west, college, bloor west, danforth
tons of lounges around (pravda is a good vodka bar)...one of the best sports bars in canada is 'real sports'...it is right across air canada centre
shouldn't have trouble finding stuff to do in tdot...can always pm me if you have any questions...cheers

If you want to go to a strip club, wait till you get to Niagara Falls and go to The Sundowner. Excellent strip club, way better than anything in Toronto (previous poster said supersex but that's in Montreal).
Also, skip the CN Tower rotating restaurant. Way overpriced for what you get. Scenery is pretty cool, but you can get better at other places.

Hey guys just wanted to say i am truly enjoying Toronto.. Thanks for all your help... the food and drinks suck here, but everything else is great. I just got to Niagra fall, ontario... omg what a fucking shit hole... we were suppose to stay here for 2 nights, but we are going to cut it short and just stay here 1 night.. i can't believe this ghetto.. the whole time in Toronto, we kept seeing beautiful people and neighborhoods, lots of money, and people went out of there way to be nice to us... then we roll into this shit hole.. wow wish i would have took a look at the falls and left...although we had a good meal at falls view.. place called canyon creek.. very good.
Yorktown is the shit.. the rogers center was the shit... parade was fun today, but the food overall is average at best compared to Fort Lauderdale.
Any other must sees or do before i leave wednesday?? no tourist bullshit.. local stuff please... thanks again
