Guys, Brock makes PERFECT sense. He is legit one of the baddest men on the planet. Taker being so into UFC and being a legit tough guy wanted the toughest guy on the roster to beat his streak. He wanted it to be the most believable. Brock was a college national champion wrestler and UFC Heavyweight Champion. It's very conceivable that he would beat the Undertaker. Bray and Reigns are clearly not ready, with Vince not even having Bray beat Cena. Brock may be a part timer, but that isn't Brock's fault that he signed a sick deal and he's clearly sticking around. Being a part-timer means that his mystique elevates and makes his matches even more meaningful since there are fewer of them. I think Brock was the perfect person to beat Taker. Now anybody that goes over Brock would be friggin huge. If Brock doesn't lose until let's say next years Mania, and Reigns goes over Brock, that would make Reigns so over. Reigns and or Bray didn't have to beat Taker to be over. They can now beat Brock to get that much more over. Taker vs Brock was bad enough and Brock is one of the best workers in the WWE. Taker vs Bray would've been a DISASTER and Taker vs Reigns would've stunk up the joint as well.
