Harness Racing Ontario - Mohawk specialty + other B tracks occasionally

While I will play a Pick5 in the first 5 races, I am not thrilled about the horse fields > 9 horses / 7 / 7/ 10 /10

Which means, I am definitely going to take a risk on one KEY or two mid-faves in one of my legs

I do like the Late Pick5 because I see a couple of Keys so going to preserve some capital for later and maybe try a couple of things in the late one as well

Pick5 has potential for longshots in race  4 and 5......Race 1 could include a mid fave that I have a hunch on that it will suckalong and win up the rail like it does every time it drops down....and thats #2 Better Be Donna is my hunch play of the night 

Race 3 has the best KEY with #3...BUT....they can screw around with a horse that closes so its worth it to play one ticket with 256  in that race on one smaller ticket 

My other hunches  are....Scott Young will win either Race #1 or Race #2 and if not, #1 in race 2 is coming back from the vet healthy and is going to steal the race!!

There will be an upset in Race 2 or Race 3

(will back up #5 and #7 on this ticket if alive or any other that I don't have these two horses)

SPENDING $115 for the first PICK5 (changed my mind after capping it....there could be some interesting payouts)

Cancel those plays....#1 is scratched in the first race....doing something different now

So far....playing one more ticket based on the post parade and with 2 and 6 being added to the ticket in RACE 3 for an upset

Looks like you can get a somewhat decent payout other than the 2, 5 and 9

I knew I didn't like it tonight....I only spent around 50-60 

Late Pick5 I liked and got a $1 now going after two races....lots of people would have thought 10 hole no good but #10 Sweet Diesel swept the field down the lane....LAST to FIRST

Are you betting on Breeders Stakes at Woodbine today? I'm going to make a play, probably a tri or super. 

Going to focus more on horses than sports.  Truth is thanks to you I made as much on horses in less than a week than I did in sports wagering in the last 3 months.

For me, I think I have hit a minor stall so if I don't like the weather and card, I may lay off and also tomorrow.

Its been raining all day and likely tomorrow. Unless I find a mid fave key, I tend not to play as its very hard to read the track bias and what they cook up on trips ...not in my wheelhouse and I just 

NE wind...perfect for outside horses to get to the front but if the track is off, you may not want to be on the front as the rail gets mucky and slows down the buggy. 2ND and 3rd over work well....speed in last half in otherwards

Sounds good.  Looking over the card.  #1 in race 2 should be a key.  Other ones need to spread it out.  Weather could be a factor.

-they could bring any horse in race 1 except for 9-10

-no other horses needed in race 2 ...looked at #5 and on close inspection...nah...but will doe  pICK3 with it as a backup

-race 3....more horses I don't like than I like

-I thought 6 was a key in race 4 but then I saw #10 and #7...wow

I am leaning toward playing

I might also just wheel the 2 Bayama farms horses with Sylvain driving...its his family farm and they rarely send something this way unless they think its ready to win....there is one in race 3 and one in race 5

I don't think they will both win but one of them should win
