Shit...they are betting #4....that is my upset play of the night with SCOTT Z racing for his dad....I used to chat with Rick Z all the time at the off track late when he was done early, he would come by for race 8 - 10 in Oakville and he came by some bars I used to go to when I taught in OAKVILLE....good guy.

Looking over tonight's card.

Seems like it's going be similar to Saturday as far as weather goes other than clear skies tonight. Wind gusts to the NW up to 22km/h tonight could influence some races

Race 1

1,2,3,6

#2 and #6 are best here, but I like the prices on 1 and 3.  Both of them are nice horses and can cause an upset. 

Race 2

2,3

No other horses can contend in this race.

Race 3

2,4,5,7 are contenders here.  Really love the 5 here, great price and great starting post.  Also has a driver change with Trevor Henry taking over from Travis Cullen.  Can see an upset.

#7 also looks good here,  struggled lately but I think he turns it around. #4 has tons of speed should factor in down the stretch

Race 4

3,4,8

Love 3 here.  I wonder if the driver change may be a negative factor here with Macdonald taking over for Fillion. 

#8 is a great horse but has had some bad breaks recently.  Should be in play if it doesn't fool around.

#4 has speed and is due for a win.  Hasn't won yet in 2021

Race 5.

1, 3, 5.. maybe add in 6

Love 3 here.  Drop in class and 2nd lasix

1 should have the speed came close last time.  #5 should be in contention as well

May add 6.  Won last time out but I don't see two straight wins with this horse

Race 3 - 27 for sure....but look at driver change on 6!!! and 45 so they go in

Race 1 - Feel like leaving #2 out.....won a final and now they may not push the horse?.....not sure about this trainer for Luc Roy on his #3 horse....would take #1 with a Mohawk driver

Makes this ticket a tad easier now.

Race 1 > #4 has good equipment change and excellent trainer...might throw in

Race 3 > #3 has flip flops....horse has probably tender feet and it might want to ease some pressure on it when it leaves the gate so it can go faster....probably putting in now

Technically, thats a $56 bet on #3 McDonnels horse dropping down on second time lasix and as Randy Waples always says and I noticed this too....its the second race and week of training where it really kicks in
