Yes...I have noticed Cullen horses paying out shit in the PICK3's a lot in the last month so he or someone who is attached to him is hammering his horses and he is trying his ass off to win those races
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

Race 1 > not a fan of horses racing 6 days after crossing a border and one time zone and then coming back on a 8-10 hour drive so I am leerie of #2
-love #5
-#3 intrigues me due to the fast QUALI time early in the morning when the temperature was -12 C into a headwind...wow! Is this horse ready to race after a break!
-with right trip, I can see #1 and #8 falling into a win
Taking > 1358maybe ....or just 35 and do a Pick3 >>>>>starting with 128
Race 2 > this race is an ALL race *leave out #2 GOLD TRAIN?? I don't know, look at its quali in October at 154!.....the Arthur connection in this race may have something cooked up...I grew up there and used to play poker with Kyle Bossence and Trevor's older brother...sometimes Trevor but he was into training and racing already by 16 ...and Paul Davies is from there too so I can see #7 winning due to Paul Davies helping them out....and I just think any horse in this race is as fast as the other in a FLAT way around 1.55 speed
Race 3 > this is the race where there is going to be some crazy things happen....BEWARE #9....deadly combo with driver and this trainer has his horses ready and you have to take 3 seconds off those times at least from B track
-Doug Brown's horse is a nice one at 15-1 morning line....see the quali before last race?? Thats fast !!
Take > 1345789

Race 4 > I will be taking ALL in a PICK4 to start....for the PICK5 ...I think only 2 and 6 is what you need.....although 345intrigue me a lot and #7 is a former stakes horse but just needs a race as the qualifier showed the horse is not ready likely
Race 5 > I like a lot of horses in this race but really like #7 and #9 the best and just gonna go with it.....its a tough race!
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

RACE 4 > ALL except #1 < hate this driver and it feels like about 2 years since this driver fell into a race because he panics down the long stretch and the better drivers ambush him
RACE 5 > 12357910
RACE 6 > ALL (7)
RACE 7 > 4
then, did a smaller one for a 40 center alive now
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

Winning posts last night on a brutally cold night....tonight is very similar except for wind speed is a little lighter so a couple of outside posts will try the lead
Here are the winning posts last night and trips in order to get the win > to the end of race 7
#2 > came out first over at the half....got cover late and won down the lane
#1 > went to the front and won on the engine
#1 > pretty sure the horse went to the front and there was a battle down the lane but it held
#7 > Came off of cover 2nd over and took the lead at top of the lane and it held
#3 > went to front and never looked back
#5 > went to front and never looked back
#1 > caught the overall favourite who was ahead by 10 lengths at top of the stretch and this horse was sitting 3rd or 4th and came flying when the horse got out
SPEED SPEED SPEED and aggressive drivers seemed to win last night except for one instance
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

Race 1 > #7 dropping down for a second race after just missing and used to racing tough horses ....now off 2 weeks and on lasix meaning the training had likely a week or more to train the horse HARD while its breathing improved
-#3 is gonna be a factor as the horse is in same scenario as above but no lasix and Cullen did not win a race so I expect him to be aggressive as he is used to racing in really cold weather in Alberta! He was best driver there....
-#4 has to go in also....great first race back and the horse has a history of racing at higher levels also
-MAYBE > #8 but I doubt Sylvain can get to the front from there with McNair next to him ....don't like the #1 but the horse could fall into it
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

I'm out...spend about $40 and did not like #1....I hate Saturday night racing sometimes....3 horses that I liked did not even move like they should so I am going to check out and wait for Monday
I am betting $10 win #5 in race 2, $5 ex 18 with 5 and $5 tri 18 with 18 with 5 ....and $1 > 5 with 18 with All
Also race 3 > $6 Pick3 18 / 10/ 7 and 60 cent 18 /ALL/ 7
Proving is hard. Talk is easy.

Virtually no wind tonight....and the air is dry and its gonna be very cold but in a way that horses actually like which is ....when they breathe...no resistance to wind/sideways snow in the air, etc so you might see some fast times tonight and I saw last night, the barns setup one race in the 8th last night in the Pick5 that was so obvious to bring home two possible 20-1 horses ...they snapped a fave horse off the gate on two strides.....I have never seen Hudon's trotter snap like that....and that left the other most logical horse to battle the field who came at him constantly to set up the horses sitting 2nd-3rd ....they wore him down
I closed my computer lid and stopped betting.
Tonight, I am looking for races where there are only 2-3 obvious horses and all others are a lot slower....then gonna play all or some longshots in that race if it works that way.
It was a good night...spent $40 ticket +70 in backup pick3's and final race win money....cleared $400 profit and then gave back $62 in the late Pick5 I just referenced above.....2 x 5-1 horses to begin and then they drop a 23-1 barn race
Looking forward to the card tonight....back soon with some thoughts on my fave horses in first 5 races
