The line is down to -161, looks to me like the "sharps" that bet on the Pirates last 2 losses are chasing, and they don't seem to give a f*ck. Gotta watch out for these types who buy up stocks just to get every one else sweating.
Just my semi-professional opinion

Joey Votto, will he continue to decline or find that magic again? Damn good player and a guy anyone would love to have in that clubhouse. I like Manager David Bell. There's 3 generations of Bells playing in the mlb. The pedigree is there. My 2 cents can't see it....he looks lost at the plate and power is long gone. watching him these past few years I honestly don't know how he still has a big league job other than he's beloved there. with this shortened season I also love the rays and will be taking a flyer on them both for the pennant and the series.......GL fellas and of course I will stab at the rangers Has Voto has found the fountain of youth? He looks like a killer at the plate again.
only 2 games but you have to like what you see so far.

This year it is, and another handful of books are also doing the same.

so why is that? They know there will be a lot of starting pitching changes and don't want to lose the action?

JEG: I am glad your daughters found gainful employment and are no longer dependents, but being outnumbered 3-1 in your own home is intolerable. You need to put your foot down and demand a MAN-CAVE. Either add a room or convert one, but you must have a special place to yourself. Big screen TV, small refrigerator and hot-plate, recliner and a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. You should also line the interior walls with cork, or some sound deadening material to keep all the female chatter from infecting your brain. Tell them they may knock (lightly) when your meals are ready. This is the only known way to preserve your sanity.
Do you really think that I do not have my own room with Big Screen and lap top plus a microwave and fridge, come on Key if I did not have that during this period I would be going nuts, plus they have those yappie dogs that bark every time we have a noise or a walker with or without dogs, that actually helps me to get to hang on my own even more,

Yes. If you were a broker, and had the option of giving back a refund at 100% or letting a bet ride with a 50% chance with vig, what would you choose?

this thread is miserably great all ready, and there's been only one post about baseball.True story Jeg, I once saw a honda civic with a fridge strapped on top. Regular looking moving day on the west side. Same day I saw 2 hookers exchanging shirts in broad daylight(they did not own bra's).Key, what's so crappy(ville) about pouring rain in 38 degrees? It's good for the soul, like getting baptized. I worked only 12 hours today and made $840This just in, breaking news...the Cubs are going to SUCK, BAD.Also, the Tampa Bay Rays have hired a female hitting coach. I'm to tired to make an inappropriate joke. The Astros cheated and no one cares.I boldly predict the age induced downfall of Justin Verlander...it's just not feasible for him to maintain his performance unless he's on the Roger Clemons diet.I can't wait to see how many lineup combinations Joe Maddon tries untill he gets one right by late August. I heard the wine in California is good, and Joe loves him his wine.

Hey sac, do you trust Cease? I know Civale was solid last year.
At +120 yes. Cease has made big strides and has looked super sharp this spring/summer. You are right about Civale, solid arm. I feel like the line should be closer to +105/-115 or even/-110 range.

Have more leans but that's probably it. Cubs/Reds game probably gets postponed due to weather, but if they get 5 innings in, it favors the under. Also everyone is just pounding the over in Cinci cause of the wind I assume? Miley and Lester are ground ball specialists. Mouse, Davidson and Senzel are out. Kris Bryant of the Cubs got his first hit yesterday, he's hitting 0.71, has 6 k's and no walks. He's hitting leadoff...
My 2 cents

Rodon is not ready. Can't even tell if he's close to being ready. His velo ain't there yet, and he's pressing hard to be an every day starter. He's a pop em out guy, and there will be a decent wind blowing out to right.
Plesac has the right type of low in the zone pitches with a great change up that the young Sox struggle with.
