Barney Jynxed me, plus, all my losses were rigged games, including the rain!!

So, just to confuse Jeg, if we divide 28.74 by 3, +9.58 if 1U was average bet size?
Great job picking winners so far

Cubs too close to call for me. I have more faith in Kelly perhaps. He gave up 2 runs on 1 hit but struck out 5 in 2 innings. Jake hasn't pitched yet

In a regular season 5 inning game I might agree with you; but with starters going two, possibly three innings (at best), I don't see the starting pitching as that big of a deal in a S.T. game with no 5 inning line. The D-bax can't score and can't win, and HFA certainly is not going to carry them (1-3), so why are they favored over anybody?

Good point. It's just been weird so far, 2 to 3 innings have been important if the game only goes 7. All though I haven't been checking that, nor plan to.
On another note, why is there heavy steam on the A's?
I don't mind throwing darts, just don't like when that dart gets weighted the other way. Have Seattle +110, now seeing +158

I can't really see that either. Rookie pitcher vs, "home field advantage" certainly does not justify that jump.

Wasn't barney the one asking if we were really playing ST games?
I am only 0-1-1 so far, but it looks like barney of the favorites has taken off on a roll, congrats to all you guys on your good starts.
CBB UNCG -3 at 2:00 pac.time, could be it today unless I take a baseball dog or just parley all barneybeans favs.

BTW: I would not look for a 7 inning game, Cubs/D-bax, Hazy skies but no rain is forecast and we should top out in the mid 80's.

Sounds like a perfect day for the snowflake generation to start complaining about the heat

The dog angle and the fav angle have opposite sides of the TEX LAD game - no play.
I know this is ST and a crap shoot, Bauer pitching with one eye closed (you can't make this shit up), but how are you guys taking sides before the lineups are out?

How it went down:
The stage was set for the big comeback. HOU down 6-1, the violent storm that had been lurking all afternoon was about to break any second, ending the game. This is the last chance for HOU, they needed 6 runs in these final 20 seconds, luckily they've got the go ahead run at the plate since there are 3 runners at second, two disguised as shortstops and with the NYM in the shift no one noticed.
Pitching this one last pitch before the sky opens we have Noodle Sabrett, the hotdog vendor pulled in just for this what is definitely the last pitch of the evening. Sabrett underwent career ending Tommy Del Giorno Sugery last year and had his pitching arm replaced with fettuccine. At the plate is Babe Ruth spliced with Ted Williams with a 3-0 count, Noodle winds and throws a grapefruit down the pipe. Of course Babe Ruth Williams smacks it clear out of the stadium but it doesn't count as the ump calls the game right as the ball was in the air.
You can't make this shit up.
HOU backers are appalled and rightfully so.

I know you ain't gonna believe this either, but the lineups are about as irrelevant as the pitching. the two starters stymie both offenses, then are replaced, along with the starting position/offense lineup and all is as you said in the first place, a crap shoot. I don't know what sac or anyone else does but I played 10 games so far, 1 favorite and 9 dogs. The favorite lost, the 9 dogs went 6-3, which hardens my attitude, no favorites in spring training. If any of that makes sense you are welcome to it.
