This Series has gone well for me thus far.
I like the Mariners at these prices. Yes, Yankee faithful, I know you have the best team in the history of the universe . . . blah, blah, blah . . . The Mariners have consistently rebounded all season long, they were clearly "in" both of the last 2 games. They are unlikely to make the same mistakes again in this game. Clearly, the yankees have the advantage of a better starter and a better lineup, but the Mariners have won that type of game on several occassions this season, and i get rewarded with +170 for backing such a proposition.
I can't really make a case for Seattle, other than to say, i think they offer decent value today, and this team has won this type of game all season long. it's a value play for me, nothing more, nothing less, i expect the yankees to win today, but i don't expect them to win this game against this team in this situation 60% of the time, thus, i will be back the underdog.
