I watched Peavy on Saturday as well, he did look great. I am surprised they are using him in this series though with his injury history. Yes, he will have the 4 days rest after Saturday's emergency relief appearance, but it still will be his 3rd appearance in 8 days fresh off the DL. It seems set up for disaster. On the other hand, it was only 9 combined innings anyway

You've already given us more than can ever be expected today Bodio, but do you have any thoughts on the Cards game? I didn't see this game in the breakdown. Huge pitching mismatch today. Cardinals should be favored by more than -130 imo which scares me a little. Linesmakers seem to be favoring Balt
