The odds are Brewers +134 for a straight up win by the Brewers. I like those odds. If you look back at Chase Anderson's last start, you'll see he really got tattooed by the Dodgers; 7 earned runs in 2.1 innings. As the #5 starter on the club, he should be minored with that kind of pitching. He looked awful! But, I'm thinking Craig Counsell knows more than me and is giving Chase Anderson a 10 day rest to rebound against the same team that humiliated him in his last start. Does Chase Anderson have the talent? I'm going to gamble with saying yes, only because Counsell is sticking with him. And it looks like the Dodgers have a decent young prospect going for them in Jose Urias. But as good as this 19 year old is, the Dodgers already know he isn't going to stay up in the majors all year because he isn't ready. I think the Dodgers are making a mistake starting Urias today. Yes, Urias pitched well against the Brewers in the last meetup, but Ryan Braun was 3 for 4 and Lucroy 2 of 3 and Gennett 3 of 4. If anybody gets on base in front of these guys the second time seeing this kid, he'll get hammered! Brewers had a day of rest so the bullpen should be ready to help Chase Anderson even if Anderson's performance medicre. The Dodgers are coming off a high in yesterday's come from behind win over Pittsburgh and should be a bit drained in tonight's contest. Brewers are at home and are looking to get revenge on the 3-1 series loss to the Dodgers only a short time ago.
I'm betting $747 on the Brewers to win $1000.
My bankroll is $2000 right now due to my first win of the season not long ago. So my betting record for 2016 is a mere 1-0 at this point in time.
