Has anyone looked at the relationship of the probable pitchers' FIB or xFIB and a team's RPI to determine a team's strength during a series?

Deniss08...make sure to check out McShady's MLB 12 spreadsheet for plays.  It's always on the first page of each thread and updated daily.

So far, McShady has posted two plays for today:

Pirates/Cubs UNDER 8.5
Rays/A's UNDER 7

McShady - This maybe a stupid question but I noticed on your "Revenge" scenerio you had the Cubs. Didn't the Cubs take 2 out of 3 from the Pirates last series in Pitt? I know they got swept by the Pirates the series before that.

I apologize in advance if you have already explained it, but could you give me a brief summary as to when a team fits the "Revenge" scenerio? Thanks!

Semper has a stronger Data about Pitcher vs a given team. 

My program is more oriented towards a team HITTING in a given situation. Ex: BABIP

I consider it to be a Revenge scenerio when A is swept by B until A sweeps B or B sweeps A twice.

LAST NIGHT DOGS 8-3...The  Seattle/Tor game was -105 on either side so no Dog in that game... 5-0 night , +635.

2 series start to with no play....

I Base my plays on starters for the series with a formula that takes into account last 3 starts, strength of opponent, pitch counts pergame, and history vs opponent
