Congrats to jeter. Glad I chose tickets for todays game instead of tomorrows. Now its time for me to leave this god forsaken stadium cause all this yankee hoopla is nauseating

I guess i'm like the only one who would give the ball back. I know it's gonna be worth a decent amount, but money isn't everything. I'd sleep better at night knowing I gave a milestone ball back to the player who deserves it.

I would trade it for the bat he hit it with and/or the jersey he hit it in, either one, signed, and sell that for double or better than the ball.  Fuckin'A.  What were the chances of that.  I kept yellin' at Price tellin' him to drop the hook on him and he sure the fuck did, right down the middle.

Yea if you could get the bat his jersey and a picture of you meeting him and exchanging it after the game and signing said merchandise that'd be worth more. If some yankee official wants to take it to him fuck that be like no no i wanna meet the cap'n.

Yea I mean I'd have some conditions but Jeter would be getting the ball back. Also I would leave wherever the hell I was sitting based on how much that ball is said to be worth. Liable to get shanked for that thing.

Nowhere did I say I'd give ti back for free. I just said I'd give it back and not keep it.

I would say times that by about 5 for inflation.  I think InternetTuffGuy has a good starting point of $3mil.

If $1,000 was the reward...I'd agree. But they've said this ball can cost like $300,000 because what are the odds it was a homer? And he's the first Yankee ever.
