"I remember an online book that allowed listing pitchers for F5 ML bets. Can't remember who now. Youwager?"
**
They not only allow it Barney, they require it. No "action" betting on First Five.

Sac, Barney. FIP-Wise Means/Eovaldi is the best matchup of the day. Game total of 9.5 I can see, but the first 5 UNDER 5 is tempting, isn't it?

FIP xFIP
MEANS 5.60 4.45
EOV 3.87 3.32
There was a book that allowed ("allowed" in the original post meaning you had the option to list or not list, sorry that was not clear) action on F5 ML a few years ago, adjusted line of course. Can't remember who - might have been a local with a Pay Per head like BetBuckeye sports or somewhere like that. But I thought it was an offshore though like a YouWager having the check boxes to list for F5 - I could be wrong.

"your FIP is from last year? Probably ST only as last year's FIP for these guys is"
Projected 2021 per baseball-reference
I have little faith in any stat from last year - the Covid, the short season, etc. Using very little of that.

Too late now, but a couple books got whacked on that under and went to 4.5. The rest have thrown the juice that way. Money talks.

I would use FIP vs ERA for up to the last 6-10 starts, not including Spring Training.
Since I've got nothing on this game I looked right after your post for F5 total and at my local went from 4.5 U +105 to 5 U -125 about a minute before first pitch. So same late $ on the F5 OV, after it hit 4.5 it went back up.

Since neither of us has anything on it, it will be interesting to see the result. Study and analysis are the KEY's to this s--t.

My bookie sent a case of beer and a thank you card to the Orioles, for not scoring until the 6th.
That's more like it sac, now you have posted something worth betting on, Yee-Haw

Miami struggles with southpaws, and Yarbrough is decent. Pablo Lopez isn't a strikeout pitcher like Alcantara yesterday. Pablo will nibble and try to induce weak contact. The Rays can small ball with the best of them.

Oh, yeah, sure, we've seen that before. "I had the winner boys, but never got it posted." Key's reasoning didn't impress me, but I wanted a little something on the game. Big Shot Barney can't just say thanx and let it go at that.

I know you are joking around because of your emojis but there is a lot of truth in jest. And obviously your reputation is worth more than $20.
I mean that.
I almost took the dog just to have action on the early game but too many on Covers were on BAL.
But as I said above, had I known you were recommending the F5 under based on FIP "predictions", I'd have laid off.
Anyway thank you sir, gotta take Baseball Reference's predictions more seriously.
