Not changing anything for Sunday, except the size of my bet.
Going small, with a half unit play, on the only game I like today.
No 'all star' action for me. That's for action junkies, and I am not one of them. I'll be back right after the all-star break, wish ya luck!
The reason I am betting small on this one is because Lilly and Stauffer are not really the aces of these two pitching rotations. However, their history against today's opponents, as well as the overall h-t-h history between SD and LA tell us that another under is not out of question, even with starting pitchers of lesser quality.
Stauffer has 6 quality starts in a row going into this game. As for his games against LA, he has 5 quality starts in a row, with four of those five games going under the total.
Lilly finally looked a little bit sharper in his last outing when he allowed 3 earned runs in 6 innings pitched. Maybe it's about facing NL teams after facing (and struggling against) AL teams. Anyways, he has had a lot of succes against SD in the past and his last 5 starts against them went under the total.
Updating info posted yesterday:
The under is now 23-6 in last 29 in this series.
Once again several systems tell me to take the under, and I will share the simpliest and the smallest one one.
Going into the last game of a series, a team that scored no runs in previous two games and lost the previous game by the score 1-0 is 4-0 to the under in that last game of the series. On average, these games went under the total by 4 runs per game. Small sample, I know, but as I said, I have several different systems pointing out under as the play here.
sd@la under 6.5 (small play)

Those Fuckin Padres of San Deigo cost me close to 20,000 dollars last night i cant believe those fuckers couldnt have drove in a run with man on 2nd and 3rd,and what made me even more fuckin upset is when they pulled Aaron Harang in the bottom of the sixth, that really fucked the cycle in that game
