I take +500-1000 odds all the time people think I have a gambling problem.

 IMO.. with the legalization of gambling. Big Dogs- grater than +140 have become sucker bets. Too much bettors try to be sharp. They rather risk a little to win a lot. With more and more casual bettors.. the dog is more of the public play. When is the last time dogs win consistently for a couple days. Never. Sure u have 1 dog day here and there. But most days favorites win.   Go look at the score. Tell me when was the last day dogs cleaned up big time. There is at least 1-2 days a week where faves mop the floor with dogs.  A good dog day is 7-7 when there is 14 games.. a good fave day is 12-2  when there is 14 games.

In baseball the better team wins but I hate taking -250 when the opposition are professionals

 Plain and simple. If u bet against the CWS every day on the ML u would be up around 45-50 units. .

also what u are seeing now is all the shiit teams who have given up and traded away players at the deadline losing. Geez..wonder why? U trade away your best bullpen guys and best players and these are teams that were never good and got worse.

Then you are the reason you're not doing as good as you should be doing. Have a process and stick to it day in and day out. This includes bankroll management. I treat this like a job.

Nope jumping around to much trying to ride the hot streaks and the days I tailed a few plays went 1-7, 0-6 and 1-6, 1-6. I usually play 1-3 so greed gets ya. Started out hot, went cold, got hot now back to cold lol. Glad I bet small.

I lose most of the time I need it.  I win more by luck and can't remember the last parlay I hit. Be glad you're not me.

I NEVER bet pregame. I always wait till the time is right and make a live bet. You won’t get the best odds but you can win a lot more games

 Exactly! My first year actually betting baseball consistently and it’s like Fridays’ especially target the “green bettor” or newbies online..

Don’t let it be a situation where they’re chasing an earlier lost bet and a heavy fave is the only game left late night.. it’s like it flops everytime or that -160+ not even worth the profit unless you’re a whale betting $500+ 

Totally agree with all you wrote. Me personally, I eliminate all games -160 plus and to CONFIRM on games in -150's/-140's I have a really good win % edge with my numbers. Parlays, forget it, all same amount  wagers, bang on. If someone wants to wager different amounts then do square root wagering. Just my take
