Phillies: Play to -126. Hamels as a dog to a medium-low quality pitcher that is coming off the DL? And are you aware the Phillies are hitting the ball much better these days, with 9 quality offensive performances in their last 15 versus righty?

Astros: Play to -122. Folks either haven’t noticed how good McCullers is or how far Shoemaker has slipped, but I make the line value 53 cents and we back that up with the better offense. False favorite.

Cardinals: Play to -126. Not sure of the exact rules on this but Garcia would be a good candidate for comeback player of the year so far. With a 6-0 quality start record and 76.3 rating (versus 68 average) he looks like he is playing to the level originally projected for him before various injuries took their toll. Marlins have a decent lefty hitting offense but not superior to Cardinals versus righty. Latos is an up and down guy but not scary.

Rangers: Play to -139. Athletics have been very impressive versus righty lately with 11 quality offensive performances in their last 15, but lefties are a different story, just 5 of 15 and a 1.8 oera their last 3. Wandy has been solid at 7-4 qs while Graveman has struggled to 5-5.

Mariners: Play to -125. The Royals troubles versus lefty continue as the streak hits 0-7 with an 0.96 oera and Mike Montgomery scores his highest rating yet in his short MLB career at 84.1. Elias may not be that good today but has been really good in 3 of last 4 starts.
