Last season, I finished with moderate success at 55% when I started this thread in August. 55% is nothing to brag about, but considering it was the year of the pitcher, we are lucky we didn't lose our pants. I'm hoping to build upon last season and do better this season.
Today's plays, Apr 1st.
Pit/ChC over 8.5: 1 to win .8
NYM/Fla over 7: 1 to win .855
ChS/Clev over 8: 1 to win .926
Min/Tor over 8.5: 1 to win .862

Last night was very good for the overs, 8 of 11 games went over. Lets hope the bats stay hot for today... and everyday!!!
Today's plays, Apr 2nd.
SF/LAD over 7: 1 to win 1
NYM/Fla over 8: 1 to win .952
Det/NYY over 9.5: 1 to win .962
In addition, I like Pit/ChC and Bal/TB with the projected starters to go over as well, however the totals are not posted yet for these games. Will check the number when it's posted before deciding to play or not. BOL

Good thing I was busy yesterday and didn't play the 2 other games, which would have lost.
Today's plays, Apr 3rd.
NYM/Fla over 8.5: 1 to win .901
ChS/Clev over 8.5: 1 to w in .909
Just 2 games today, lot of games have starters that not faced the opp or have good career ERA vs opp. The way the bats have been going it may not matter... Then again, today could be the day they regress to the norm... BOL

It was just a matter of time that the perfect streak got snapped. Lost the ChS/Clev game, it went under by half a run. Light schedule for tomorrow, so just one play for me.
Pitt/StL over 9: 1 to win .909

Warewolf, Bluechips, justin, and iceman, thanks. Let's hope this is not the year of the pitcher again.
I don't think it is... I mean it is very early but there isn't a lot of evidence out there supporting pitchers. A lot of aces are getting rocked where names like francis and jackson are freakishly doing well.
I'm with you to rock the overs. Especially with a handful of teams having very, very potent lineups this year:
BoSox Yanks Texas Baltimore Cincy CWS Detroit Atlanta Milwaukee (es when Hart returns)
plus a few others with tons of power potential:
Fla Phillies
and Jays/LAA on the fringe
The year of the pitcher is over.
Great picks so far though! I'm taking all your picks into consideration when I do my cappin. The insight helps a lot so thanks!
