The Yankees are playing the Twins today. And even though the postseason is still not here, I have to jump in. Once again.
Since the first time I said I'm not playing until the postseason, my record in MLB is (14-2). But only playing when it feels right is obviously working. Despite the fact I really don't want to play. Well somewhat don't want to play anyway. And the NFL isn't making it any easier.
So,
CC is starting today on short rest. That always works out well. If you take the other team. A (1-4) record last 5 on short rest is nothing to write home about. Also, CC has given up 0 earned runs 3 times this year. He's (0-2) following the 1st two starts and this will be his 3rd time. I'm betting (literally) that nothing changes from that stand point.
Deduno starts for the Twins posting a (4-1) home record in 6 starts. The Twins are actually (5-1) in those starts and even better is the fact that Deduno has lost his last 2 starts. Better because he hasn't lost more than 2 in a row this season. And finally, Deduno has only been shut out twice this year. After being shut out the 1st time, the Twins came back in his next start for a 10-0 win.
And once again, I'm betting (literally, once again) that nothing changes from that stand point.
Also, I'm not taking any chances. An extra run couldn't hurt, so the run line is in order. Therefore:
[918] Minnesota Twins +1.5 +120 vs New York Yankees

Oh hey buddy great work. But I think you left out the part on who they got that 10-0 victory on. IT WAS AGAINST THE MARINERS. Now let's see who has a better offense? mariners? or yankees? who has more to fight for? mariners? or yankees? you gotta be kidding me. If your gonna drop info on this game and have a write-up, atleast give out as much info as you can.
How about this?
"He has made pitches more often than not in his career against Minnesota,
going 17-8 with a 2.99 ERA in 33 starts -- including two in the
playoffs.Sabathia is 9-0 with a 1.93 ERA in his last 10 outings
versus the Twins, allowing three runs and four hits over 7 1/3 innings
of an 8-3 win in New York on April 17.Minnesota left-handed batters Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau are hitting a combined .163 (13 for 80) with 23 strikeouts against Sabathia"

I agree with CC's record against the Twins. However, look at the games yesterday. Cleveland was +175 and the Marlins were +225. Cleveland covered straight up and Miami covered the runline. It took a walkoff HR to beat them yesterday. Over 93% of the money bet was on the favorite in those two games. Today the public is backing the Yankees on the RL at a 97% clip and on the moneyline at 93%. Somehow most of the time, the games go the other way.

I agree that deduno to condition worse that in his last two exits slightly this never happening in his mechanics of launches and against the yankees it is difficult to be wrong ... and of another side cc has 10 consecutive exits of quality against twin you prop yesterday the run line was of yankees until girardi throw the game for the window with his bad decision at the moment of bringing the bullpen.....NYY RUN LINE FOR ME

i don't think so because Deduno, Dedeno, whatever, this guy's day stat is just awful. maybe Bombers will have some trouble time early in the game, but the guy will toss a lot of hittable balls, for example, hanging curve balls, changeup. was leaning UNDER heavily, but right after checking his pitched location, i was scared, so take OVER for fun. i scarcely take the juice so i don't take Bombers ML, RL. anyway GL, THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, but scary thing is the guy Deduno sth.

Nice info both ways, with dialogue, better chance to make a choice although mine was made already. Good points either way. I know Twins can be spoilers but I am staying with clubs fighting for playoffs. Hopefully they show up like Tigers did. Not like the Orioles or LAD, Brew or Yanks yesterday. I hope the Cards make it.
