@nuggins SD is a strong *pitching* team this year are you kidding me? SD would be in the playoffs if they had a robbie cano in their lineup instead of a bunch of losers. LAD is a devastating team to play consistently.
comparatively if you look at WSH division they are playing against way way way weaker teams in ATL NYM (BAHAHAHA) MIA and PHI. we all know that MIA is the only team in this gaggle of fools that can hit. on the other hand ARI, COL and LAD can hit real good, just have a huge pitching problem.
by rite of comparison I can say with 100% confidence that WSH played in a weaker division namely because there isn't even 1 team in it close to LAD level.

- if Fisters pitching style plays right into the Giants free swinging style then how come he has owned them this season?
-What are the chances of three 3 game sweeps in a row happening? The two teams who have been swept so far were proverbial choke artists several times down the stretch especially the Tigers. This is not the Tigers we are talking about here

and how can you say because 2 other teams got swept already it makes it less likely that WASH will get swept, absolutely no correlation between this series and any other series.

You are supposed to take it one game at a time but being human it's hard. Teams generally not only lose but get blown out. It is not ME that the bookies are taking. I work from a true probability standpoint and they don't. If you have been programming for them for 10 years you should have an appreciation of how lines are slanted so bettors will play their misconceptions versus the true probability. Before thinking of me as a fool you may also wish to do a little research. I made a living at this for 17 years in Las Vegas and have posted 8 straight winning years on Covers. Some great, some slim, but +$ every year. There are not 500 people in the world that can say that and only one of them posts on Covers. Retirement is great, but when I told you you are fighting a culture here, I knew exactly what I was talking about.
