Pittsburgh opened at -162         ...now -137
San Diego opened at -153          ...now -115
St. Louis    opened at -146          ...now -120
Minnesota opened at -130          ...now -102
Milwaukee opened at -177          ...now -101 !!!!!

...what's up with that???

 And 3 of these teams(Minnesota + Milwaukee + St Louis), are currently leading 2-1 in their respective 4-game series.
 Do people REALLY think, that these 3 will end-up 2-2 in those 4-gamers???

GREAT INFO LAJOHN BUT IMO THE LINE MOVEMENTS SO FAR THIS SEASON HAVEN'T BEEN MUCH HELP IN PICKING WINNERS

I think the better question would be where are your lines coming from. What planet was the brew game ever -176? I see none of the movement you are talking about

I've been tallying since the league started and correct me if im wrong 
But there were 20 4-game series and this is what i recorded (series results)

2-2 = 10 series
3-1 = 3 series 
4-0 = 7 series

"As of late", and in recent memory...the "2-2", and "3-1" figures have reversed...
...what I am attempting to "corrollate" today is, the coinsidental "series situation", with the line-movement

I don't know anything about vegainsider but I assure you are researching fake line movement. The most drastic move I'm seeing is stl -112 to -125. Get a new site for lines. I mean do you really think the brew game was ever -176 and dropped to -111. Use your brain

...taking ALL-3, 2-1-teams of these 4-game series, and PARLAYING them into 3 2-team parlays, thus getting each parlay at +money!!!
...if 2 of 3, or EVEN just ONE hits, then very difficult to lose much, however, very possible to show a VERY decent profit!!!
...reasoning for SF:
...SF is 14-3 at home vs. teams with losing records, including 7-1 in L8
...Hudson for SF 6-0 in his L6 team-starts vs. Miami!!!
...while...
...Haren for Miami is 0-5 in his L5 team-starts vs SF!!!
...ON TOP of that...
...Miami had a 1:05 first pitch start at Washington yesterday, then, hopped on a plane and flew ALL the way to the west-coast for this game tonight at SF!!!

Royals game also moved from -120 to 100.  Too bad, I took them at -120,ugh.

Well...Milwaukee lost their behind 14-4!!!
...that  $76 drop, sure as hell forwarned the outcome of THAT game!!!
...goes to show that certain line-movements DO "suggest" the outcomes of SOME games...ESPECIALLY some as OBVIOUS as THAT ONE!!!

go to mlb scores on this site. go to the dodgers and brewers box score. click on line history. then ask yourself again when did this line open at -177?

Do this for all of the teams and you will see that your lines are no where near accurate. you cannot go by the opening line on the site you pulled your numbers from.

They are always wrong for every sport.

You must not have been doing this long.

Triceratopos is 100% right.

...TWO out of the three 4-game series DID have a series-winner and went 3-1 !!!

...all that remains now, is for SF to come through, and all-in-all...
