I stuck my head up a cow's áss and pulled out a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that was juiced with some minor league steroids so I quickly arbitraged the over live before it became medium well and drank a Grey Goose Gossage martini that I got from the butcher, went back to my cottage.

Semi retired working >50 hours a week - what's wrong with this picture? If I do place a bet on a game I don't have the energy to watch it. Had SD F5 today but took a shot on CWS last night getting +$360 at my local here - could not resist the sucker I am. Also playing a bit on paper instead of real $ and that's a good thing, tough year but I lost 2 really good feeds (out of 11) for my "System" so the system is basically shít - because it really is or because of losing those two feeds. And besides who ever ate a PBJ cooked under medium well from any barnyard animal's áss?

all crowded with people trying their luck at all sorts
of activities designed specifically to tip all advantage
to the house.Yet they keep laying their money down.
They've been doing that for years and they keep on
building them here. Bettors know they do not have
an advantage on any game including Sports Betting
and yet they keep on diong it . I'm just saying that
the hurdle one must overcome in Sports Betting is
going to get higher. That will not deter anyone.

Tell me where the Casino does not have an edge.

In casino games where there is no cheating involved the casinos have a built in advantage for them...they know it and invite you back if you beat them for a reason.

The reason is the more times you play a game with negative expectations against you the odds of you walking away a winner go to zero.

 

If there is no advantage to sports betting as you say...then I will turn my money over quicker and get an outcome in less than a minute than to wait 4 hours to know in MLB whether I've won.

While there might be very minor differences in ball construction I have a problem believing that an extra 8.6 feet distance correlates to a whopping 25% more total Home Runs.  And I seriously don't think the Owners want to intentionally inflate the performance numbers of the Players which would drive Player salary contracts even more ridiculously higher.

How about today's Players are just plain bigger and faster and therefore generate more bat speed?  There is no "Conspiracy" in my mind

Try telling that to the people in charge of putting the balls in the humidors in Denver & Arizona .

IMO, TheGoldenGoose seems like a well-meaning, good-hearted guy, but he regularly makes statements like these based on emotion instead of logic, and he appears to be very close-minded and detached from reality.

His political tripe and regular rails against capitalism are rather vapid and misguided, but his personal experiences are actually pretty enjoyable to read.

Ribeyes . They look great and I didn't ask him what he had to do
to get them.

There is no hope sac, we don't even need innovation. The formulas and procedures for making baseballs 20 years ago are still on file, just go back to it. Nope, we gotta entertain the 20 second attention span millennials so they can get back on their I-phones. It gets sickening watching some bimbo bleached blond in a $400 seat next to her sugar daddy punching her phone all night, except when the camera is on her and it is time to shake them in your face. Next thing you know hey will hire the Kardashian girls to sit behind home plate.
