I have to disagree there, Mak.  I feel that stevebaily6 makes his own brand of contributions every day.  Plus, his antics in this thread have deflected attention away from my errant pick, so I appreciate him for that, too.

He repeatedly wrote "scaired" multiple times even after being corrected... typos happen yes... but not when you are adding a letter from the right side of the key board to a word that only has left side letters on MULTIPLE occasions just means that you probably have the IQ of a sloth... this dude is a complete JACK ASS... he's a yankee fan and always in yankee threads so i have to read his garbage on a daily basis and he truly is a MORON

Why not, wshustler?  I put my trust in Wade LeBlanc and the Padres last Friday, and on a night where I was already 1-5 for -27 units, they saved me with a beautiful 20 unit winner at +280, +1.5 +130, and -1.5 +470.  Beyond that, though, the Padres have been winning now for the last six weeks and it's gone mostly unnoticed because they're the Padres.  San Diego is 24-16 since my winning streak began on July 28th.  That's a slightly better record than the Giants have over the same period of time.  And if you throw out their six games against the mighty Cardinals, that record for the Pads improves to 23-11.  Would you believe that during this run (again, with the exception of the buttkicking Cards), the Padres have won 9 of their last 10 series?  And today is the rubber game of this series with the Giants.
