Hit Both PODS yesterday with astros under and padres under hitting. Had a couple of late unders as well and both won but got very sticky in the end so not mad I didn't post or play them. Anyway let's get at it 
POD # 1 - PIRATES UNDER 8 -120 - 10 Units
Pirates under 8 is 5-1-2 last 8 games as this team just doesn't hit. Mondays 10 runs vs a rookie starter and mop up bullpen arms not withstanding and even that was 5-2 in the 8th. Heaney has been strong so far for pirates allowing 6 runs 12 hits in 18 innings with 18 strikeouts and Nats are 9 for 43 vs him in small sample size. He should pitch well today. Trevor Williams hasn't been good so far this year but I expect him to pitch well today in his old stomping grounds and guys in this pirates lineup are 12 for 53 against him so he has had success there. Also he was solid the last couple of years so it's not regression from hom just a poor start. Looking for under 8 on getaway day

Just a small play here as i am fading Cabrera who
can strikeout 4 in a row and walk 4 in a row. I believe
he will put a ton of men on base which is never good

POD #2 - giants under 8 -111 - 10 units
3 overs in this series so I will go under here. Giants offense has scored 10+ runs in 2 of the 3 games so I expect Sanchez to play stopper here in a game that phillies need their starter pitch well. Giants in limited at bats are 4 for 21 against him with 0 extra base hits. Hicks has held phillies top 6 for 38 with 0 extra base hits and 12 strikeouts. Getaway day late afternoon game so I go under 8 here.

Normally that would be a great thing but not today. Hicks is trash and can't retire 1 battery 
will make it up in det. This wasn't my original play either it was oak under 8.
