Country singers are hot

Great to be back with another season of amazing race 22. What a way to start as teams made way to bora bora. Sky diving was a trip. What a way to do it in paradise. Teams seem to be pretty cool. It's to early to see who's who but I like the doctors, hockey players, father/son team. Also Chuck and wynona are pretty cool. Katie and Max I'm not to crazy about. Sand castle challange was harder then it looked as teams had to find clue with over 100 sand castles. If they guessed wrong they had to re do sand castle in hot blazing sun. Felt bad for firefighters as I thing they screwed up by going along with country singers and Katie & Nax in taking 4 hour penalty. I thought they should've finished challange and let teams take penalty. Here is where teams finished

1) Jessica & John.. This team did better then I thought. Not sure what to think but they won both express passes. Interesting to see what they do with other pass. But they looked pretty good in taking first place.
2) Bates & Anthony.. I like this team. I think they are going to be factor. This is my pick to win, they got it going after slow start in back if pack. Brothers usually do well in amazing race also.
3) David & Connor.. I like these guys also great story how both beat cancer. What's not to like about them they are nice people who did great to start off leg. David did great in sand castle challange as did Connor in sky dive.

4)Pam & Winnie ..I'm totally surprised they finished this high. I didnt think they were going to be this good this soon.

5)Mona & Beth another team I'm surprised that finished this high also. I didn't think both women's teams would do this well early in race.

6) Joey & Meghan. Team you tube. Not sure what to think about this team but they along with other 5 teams did well to place this high.

7)Chuck & Wynona. I like this southern team. They seem pretty cool Love chucks mullet , business in front party in the back. Also he has Alabama shirt wynona has auburn shirt. Wynona barly made it through sand castle challange.

8) Idries & Jamil. Another team to look out for. They started out great but fell back in sand castle challange. With over 400 sand castles and 100 degree heat, doctors really suffered in this but found way to finish.
9) Max & Katie I think this will be team to hate this season. Katie isn't one to be social and Max looks like total dick. They were lucky they had other two teams agree to take 4 hour penalty. Other wise I think they might not have made it.
10) Caroline & Jennifer.. Not into country music but they are hot I think them and hockey players could be item. Aling with Katie & Max and firefighters they wee lucky other teams did penalty but them and max and Katie are under the 8 ball with 4 hour penalty. And team that finished in last was...

Matthew & Daniel. I liked this team but they had bad luck as I felt they should've finished sand castle challange instead of taking 4 hour penalty, that burned them along with them tipping over in kayak. Great start to amazing race 22 as I'm sure it will get more exciting and stressful for teams see you next week with another recap.

What kind of morons would agree to a 4 hr penalty?

Just got done watching the first episode FINALLY...but my favorite team is actually the team that finished 1st, the surfers that are dating--Jessica and John. 

Episode 2 teams are still in bora bora. As they must travel by water taxi and receive a blessing from a pastor. The water taxi's dont leave untill 7:30am. It gave the 2 teams who had 4 hour penalty a huge break. Detours were different but fun. In pick a pearl teams must dive into water and shuck them open to find 2 red pearls. In take a trunk teams must dive to ocean floor with diving helmet to find treasure chest then conduct under water dining experience.
Father/son were doing really well untill they forgot scuba gear and had to go all the way back to get their gear. Luckily it didn't hurt them to bad. The doctors had have bad luck with water as well as hot weather. They were ready to take 6 hour penalty. Wtf that wouldve ended their run on race but they stuck it out. They should've done the trunk challange instead if pearl challange. Hockey players are looking tough as they whipped through challenges. The roadblock was to stand on stilts and kick coconut 35 yards but if they fell off they had to start over. What about sisters getting lost on jet skis. What a blunder. Here is where teams finished.

1) Bates & Anthony. These guys are doing awesome. They ripped through challenges like nothing, I think this team will go far. Also trip to London is great way to end leg2 with them winning.

2)Dave & Connor this team is doing well also. I like this team, how can you not? They are cancer survivors and nice guys also, they recovered well after forgetting their scuba gear, not good Dave ruptured his Achilles, I hope he recovers, as well as Jessica & John giving them 2nd express pass.

3) Jessica & John. Last weeks winner dropped to 3rd they are pretty good and did well in pearl challange as John dive and Jessica opened clams in fast way, good team who will be near the top.

4) Joey & Meghan this team surprised me they got it together with solid top 5 finish, challanges suited them well and they got rewarded with 4th place finish.

5) Chuck & Wynona. Another surprise finish. Chuck did well with challange in stilts moving coconut as well as diving for pearls, this is different team but likable. How can you not with chucks hair.

6)Mona & Beth not to crazy about this team, hope they are next to go out.

7)Caroline & Jennifer this team did well to move up from last place and 4 hour penalty, I'll give them credit, they are hot but I'm not fan of all women's team on amazing race.

8) Max & Katie another team I give credit to also, they did smart challange by doing trunk challange it paid off for them as they moved up.

9) Pam & Winnie another all women's team who I think won't last long they were lucky they got directions right or they would've be going home. I think they are next to go. And the team that was eliminated.....

Idries & Jamil these guys looked to be solid but they had bad luck last leg with sand castle challange and now with pearl challange. These doctors are not good in water or warm weather challanges. It's to bad I thought they were going to go far but it was not meant to be. They could get another chance in all star show.

Next week New Zealand.

Yep, watched the 2nd episode and the twin doctors were pitiful! They wasted so much damn time in my opinion they deserved to be eliminated.....recorded episode 3 in New Zealand today. Will watch it tomorrow night and be back with my thoughts 

Gahhhh can't stand these "to be continued" episodes  But as much as I like the Father Son cancer survivors team...I think it's safe to say they are done. Assuming the dad really does have a torn achilles, no way they make a real impact. Sucks because they are a very likable team 

Totally agree. Glad to see father son team win leg. Car challange was pretty easy as teams had to get combined 83 seconds. Fishing challange was done only by team Alabama. Obstacle course was pretty cool as teams had to get 12 eggs with out breaking them while getting sticky and tar and feathered and going down water slide into toxic water. We'll see what happens next week. Hope Bates and Anthony can get it going. Not fan of roller moms. See you next week in what should be another great episode.

Jessica & John sure had a tough time in Bali. How do you not use that Express Pass?

Jessica & John, I can't believe what saw & heard of John statement after they were eliminated from the race with an express pass on their hand! John had no sense and value in life, he even said that he don't need the million dollar, why do he participated in the amazing race at all with a huge prize of money as winner, they even rejoiced when they got that express pass and not using it when they know that they are the only two last teams that was left behind.

Its a pity to Jessica, she can't do anything or said something to John about the express pass to be use. Really amazing brain that John had!

Totally agree! Why have express pass if your not going to use it. They deserve to be gone. On to bali indonisia where teams had to make fruit basket or put baskets of sand on their head and into basket. Teams did pretty well in this challange except John and Jessica going to wrong house to do design. Next challange was to find surf board with tribal leader on. Teams had hard time. Here is where teams finished.

1)Dave & Connor.. These guys are doing well Dispite Dave's injury. Great to see them not quit and keep racing. For how long who knows.

2)Pam & Winnie.. This team did way better then I thought. They killed it in fruit challange. Not sure if they can keep high placing but give them credit.

3)Max & Katie another team who did really well. From near elimination to 3rd. Not as bad as I thought. Max is pretty good.

4)Caroline & Jennifer. Another surprise high finish for this team Dispite meltdown in surf board challange. They also safe good singers also. Not sure if they can keep it up but are doing well.

5)Joey & Meghan team you tube is hanging in there. Kinda a weird team and not sure what to think. But they are plugging along.

6) Mona & Beth I'm not fan of this team I hope they get double u turned next week and get sent packing home.

7) Bates & Anthony these guys struggled this leg. Instead of doing sand basket challange they ended up at fruit basket challange also bad cab driver didn't help either.

8) Chuck & Wynonna these guys are hanging by skin of their teeth. I like this team as they are plain average people who are nice. Only because of stupidity of next team is reason they are in race.
Which brings next team that is eliminated.

Why have express pass and not use it? John said is was no big deal and million didn't make difference. Jessica was pretty upset as I would be also. Down to 8 teams as double u turn comes up see you next week.
