I have been studying rap music since a few months ago, lyrically is B.I.G in my opinion but TUPAC gives power to his songs, so is very dificult to tell, i like 50 cent and the best now a days lil' wayne but i can't understand why is jay-z famous, how could he make millions of dollars of music, matter fact i just could say that I enjoyed 2 or 3 songs he made on his career, no attemp to hurt any feelings or disrespect anybody but in my opinion jay-z suck! AND I REALLY MEAN HE SUCKS

Jay-Z sucks, look back at when him and NAS were going at each other.  You cant say he didnt go after anyone.  Jay-Z would step up with anyone that says something about him over a track.
 
2PAC greatest of all time.
 
As of now I dont know if anyone out now should be in the greatest of all time speak.  Eminem back in the day was fire and would go after anyone.

Its gonna be tuff to nominate someone as the greatest "rapper" of all time, seeing how any dumbass can do it.  There's this guy that hangs out back of the kangaroo foods store.....He's doin that shit all the time.  Willie is what he calls himself.   I nominate him.

Your head would explode if you tried to write a good rap verse. I love people who have no idea what they're talking about.

Nas is the best, by the way. "Illmatic" is one of the most lyrical pieces of music you'll ever hear.

Dude ive played guitar, bass, drums and piano since i was 8.   Been the front man in several bands.    Give me a break,  rap is trash.  Are some "rappers" better than others?  yes.   But as a whole it is not a special talent or skill.

Now that is funny. If you think Chammilionaire is the most skilled you shouldn't be talking. I know female rappers who are better then him. Wayne by far is the best rapper out right now. Listen to his mixtapes and you will be blown away.

As for the dude who laughed at the Nas comment, I don't care if he wanted to shine his boots or whatever. He's a better rapper. I like Pac, but LYRICALLY, he ain't messin' with Nas.

i dont care who you like but there's no way you can say illmatic wasn't one of the top 10 greatest rap albums of all time.... theres so many though... it was much, much better 10 years ago... give me mos def, atcq, wu-tang,gangstarr,big L, talib kweli over any new artist any day
