I havent done this thread in a while I liked it when we used to do it. (a couple of days early)

Heat - finally saw this. excellent movie, a bit long. funny how Deniro and Pacino are in only 2 scenes together and rumor has it that in the "big scene" they actually both werent there at the same time. very good movie. I will say I did enjoy The Town a little more than this

Insomnia- Christopher Nolans least known flick I guess Pacino and Robin Williams. I really enjoyed this one. Some good twists, tension through most of it. Enjoyable movie

finally got a netflix account so I have been catching up on all the movies I have been wanting to see..

Money Pit. Absolutely Hilarious

The Descent 1 and 2. just ok

Saw 1-6. Loved all of these movies.

Wordplay. Documentary about crossword puzzles. Really good if your into puzzles

I started watching The Social Network the other night but only made it through 20 minutes. I couldn't stand the guy playing Zuckerberg or whatever his name is. If that is an accurate portrayal then he's a fucking douche bag. I can't remember the last time I was this annoyed by a movie character.

Gone Baby Gone- I have seen it multiple times,  good movie. Casey Affleck is actually great in this movie.

The Descent was "just ok," but you "loved" Saw 3-6?

To each his own I suppose.

I realize now my word choice for Saw was a little off. I loved Saw 1 and 2 and thought 3-7 were average but i still enjoyed them

recently saw Return to Paradise after someone on here recommended it...pretty nuts movie, never used to seeing vince vaughn in such an emotional role

Layer Cake is a cool movie. Eastern Promises is a bit slow at times, but I really liked it. Great cast of actors.

people on here actually recommened some great, underrated movies

never saw phoenix with ray liotta before i saw people on here talking about it...great fucking movie

scrooged is playing on amc all week. If you haven't seen it yet you should definitely check it out. Great movie

Both of these are great movies. Eastern Promises is one of my favorites

once u get an hour in its a bigger waste of time if you don't finish the movie

I did that with The Number 23..god awful but I was in for an hour and had to finish
