Movies you saw for the 1st time December 2010

watched From Paris With Love last night. went into the movie sceptical because I'm not a fan of either John Travolta or Jonathan Rhys Meyers BUT it turned out to be a pretty much non-stop action story with oodles of ordnance throughout the movie.

Travola's character Charlie Wax is SO over-the-top, it's actually cartoonish. he's kind of the Roadrunner to the bad guys Wil E Coyote. laughed my ass of at some of the sight gags.

IF you like a movie with loads of gun battles and shit blowing up, you will love this one. it's on again on EPIX 2 in HD next monday Jan  2nd and tuesday Jan 3rd.

Satan's Little Helper.

My stepdaughter made me watch this with her when we were snowed in a few days ago. Low budget horror film.  As bad as it was, it kept me entertained to a point, and was close to actually being a decent movie.  Cool villain(love that Satan mask), incredibly hot lead actress in a sexy outfit the entire movie(didn't like she didn't get naked though), and a great guest appearence of a black cat.  Definitely watchable.

Rink Rat...I would discuss Shutter Island with you without giving anything away but its impossible. Thats a great flick

Yes, you really can't discuss that movie without blowing the whole plot. suffice to say it was SO good I saved it to watch again with the Mrs.

btw, "Gary New York's" Winter Classic SUCKED this year. freeking "gimmick game". may as well have had it on Hudson Bay.
