I hated that movie. The kid in the movie was such a prissy little asshole that it ruined the movie and it was a shitty movie to begin with.

The Hangover Part II (2011)
funny "screwball comedy" BUT not as good as the original (there was no chicken in this ones "waking up in the hotel room" scene). didn't think the character of Teddy losing a finger was funny at all and "chicks with dicks"? YIKES!!!. Zach Galifianakis as Alan Garner, Ken Jeong as the Asian gangster Leslie Chow AND the monkey steal the show. the car chase with the Russian gangsters was excellent action. like in the original, the pictures of what REALLY happened that night during the credits is probably the funniest thing in the movie.
The Black Cat (1934)
just happened to catch this classic early Hollywood horror on TCM thursday night. stars Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff coming off their 1931 blockbusters Dracula and Frankenstein. both are STILL two of the BEST "menacing" actors in the history of film. just seeing either of those two on screen used to SCARE the HELL out of me when I was a kid. interesting use of various classical music cuts to heighten the suspense during the film. it's relatively short @ 1 hour and 15 minutes and well worth watching IF your into the original horror genre OR a fan of Lugosi and Karloff.

That's funny. The only time I laughed during the Hangover was when the chicken walked into frame during that morning after scene. Good catch.

like Walter Mathau said as Willy Clark in The Sunshine Boys (1975), "Chicken is funny. Pickle is funny. Cupcake is funny" there all words with a "K". Tomatoes is not funny. Lettuce is not funny"
a Chicken or a Donkey is a MUST for a screwball comedy in at least one scene BUT youn can substitute a Monkey. that's what save THIS remake

It was ok. Nothing special for all the hype. Could have been much better. 6/10 at best.

Snow white and the cuntsman
Well, it would have been tough to see Prometheus the day I saw Snow White since it hadnt been released yet.
I usually see 2 or 3 movies when I go to the theater anyway. Time them up so I can pay for one and sneek into the next one or 2......
