Wendy O Williams of the Pasmatics. (a hot looking woman who would get on the stage naked I am a big fan of). And yes I did see her during the second half of the Plamatics show in the nude at the Wisky a Go Go in the 80's.
I also agree with Pete Townsend. The man is a genius.
Elton John great showman.
Angus Young (man my neck hurt for weeks after seeing him)
Chuck Berry

After Jimi Hendrix I really don't know. Jimi was just a sick, sick genius.
Duane Allman
John Fogerty
Would it be solo artists or members of bands? I wouldn't know who was most responsible for the composing within the groups. John Lennon or Paul, Page or Plant.
Both Jimi and Jimmy Page.
Page invented recording techniques still used today. He was a master in the studio. Wrote all different sorts of music. Learned ideas and elaborated on them. Made acoustic and hard rock a thing. Both Jimi/y's had about as much influence on anyone.

Song-smith: Tom Waits edges out Bob Dylan, but Blood on the Tracks is one of my favorite albums.
Warren Haynes: Talk about someone that brings it every night. The Mule shows are an event (have sold over 1.5 million concert downloads on www.muletracks.com). Every show is different and the past 3 Halloween shows are well worth the download.
Stevie Ray Vaughan: Loved his style and that good 'ol Texas blues. Left us way too young.
Jeff Golub: Great jazz guitarist who helped make Billy Squier as big as he was.
Clapton: As I go thru my iPod, I have so many that I want to mention, but can't put any of them ahead of Eric.
Honorable must-mention: Page, Gibbons, Angus, Satriani (early stuff and Chickenfoot), Freddie King, Buddy Guy, the Boss, Gary Moore, Joe Bonamassa, Gilmore, Neil Young, the list goes on forever.....
