I honestly don't understand what's your problem man, this is a betting forum... People from all over the world have their different methods on how to tip/cap games. If the method used by RagingStorm doesn't suit your taste then you can simply ignore and walk along. It has been working and profit is made, his followers also support and appreciate his genorosity to share.
