Denver is on back to back and is playing it's 4th game in 5 nights...plus it's on the road, so for them to score 110+ pts could be hard could easily see a 112-105 type of game in Phx's favor

Madness, I sent you an e-mail earlier. WOW! I think we got real lucky last night on the damn LA game! Damn Jackson puts in the high school backups and they gag up a 15 point lead. Hell, he had to put the starters back in JUST to secure the damn lead. I thought for a minute that Phil had money on the game. At the end, maybe he did.!! We covered that's all that is important. On to today. Short card due to the Natioanl championship game. Phoenix -7 When I first looked at this game i liked Denver. This team has been so damn hot lately. They have a very frenetic pace and everyone can shoot on that team. They make some great runs during a game. Phoenix can do the samething, but lately has not been doing that so well OR consistantly. I mean they just seem to be a little "off" this year. Atleast so far. But the good news is that they are at home and they do play better at home. I keep looking at the Over/Under number. WOW! Is that high!! If they cover that number it will be because BOTH teams hit their shots tonight OR it goes into overtime. We all know these teams play little defense, which is probably why I think it will just get over the number. But that being said, they both still have to hit their shots. I think they need to score atleast 60 points in second qtr for it to go over. That happens more times in the second qtr. The first qtr is feeling each other out and seeing who has the hot hand, etc. The second qtr is wehre they try to put the other team in a hole going into halftime. So all this banter means that I am playing the OVER the total and strongly looking at Phoenix giving the 7. Not sure yet. Next game: GS at home at home against a team that really seems to be a little sluggish is good for me. They (SAS) did not cover yesterday and should have by DD. Cost me money. SAS just seems lazy or slow for some reason. I know Ginobli (sp) just got back in the line up, so that maybe part of it. I don'tmind giving the points in this situation and will take Golden State winning by 7. Good luck tonight!!

Nice writeup Uniden. First let me say as of NOW I don't plan to play any games..but I know later in the day I will probably have to feed my addiction :) I am personally still undecided about these games. The Spurs have done nothing the past few games (Besides lose me money lol) and tonight could be the night where they start to mesh again. GSW is a great home team, and they definitely feed off of the crowd. However, like I've said numerous times before I still think they rely on 3 point shots too much. Question is will they be hot tonight or not? GSW did beat the Spurs last time at home by 12, but GSW allowed MATT BONNER to score 25 on them, I wonder how they will handle Tim Duncan tonight? I just don't think Andris Biedrins will be able to match up with him. Tim isn't completely healthy.. and I think he aggrivated his knee the other day vs. the Clippers. I think tonight is the night the Spurs show they still are a force in the West. I've told myself I won't play them anymore.. and the past two games I still did. They showed me up both times, and hopefully tonight they don't do the same. I think I have to take the points. Could possibly be the last time I play the Spurs if they do me wrong again. But no matter what you have to remember this is the team that won the big games last year, and I hope they can do it again tonight.. so I don't look like a complete idiot :) Spurs +3 The Phoenix and Denver game is also a tough one. Phoenix is another team that is just too inconsistent for me right now. I mean Phoenix is a great team, don't get me wrong. I just like teams that play defense. I've never been the type to like teams to just go up and down the court, play no defense and rely on their shooting abilities to win a game. Because what if you aren't hot that night? Then you have problems. Interesting stat I was just thinking about. Phoenix has been favored by 7 or more 20 times this year. Out of those 20 games, they only covered the spread 9 times. So basically I look at it like it's a crap shoot. On the other side, Denver has only been an 8 point dog ONCE this year. They won the game by 13 and that was vs. Dallas, a team who is VERY similar to the style of play that Phoenix plays. This stat obviously is only a STAT. But it was interesting to me to say the least. Denver is 4-1 ATS last 5, and you have Phoenix who is 3-2 ATS, However they are 3-1-1 ATS with a days rest. This game is a tough one. Denver has been shooting great lately, and you have a Phoenix team who is always tough to play against. Raja Bell is questionable for tonight, but DON'T let that effect your choice. You still has Barbosa who could start on any other team, and Diaw who is also a good threat. I think I will have to ride Phoenix on this one. I love Denvers team. I think the game will be close for a while but I think Phoenix ends up pulling away in the 4th. Phoenix -7 (I would buy the hook)

I am also going to have to lean UNDER in the Phoenix game. Both teams have to shoot very consistently, and not miss much. Unless they go into OT I think they come up a little short of that. 227 points is a lot for ANY game to get to. So my lean is UNDER on that game. However, I suck at totals so who knows.

Phoenix U 227 4th game in 5 days and neither team averages a lot in these given situations. Hopefully the game ends like I think it will around 207 or so.

my plays play 1 suns/nuggets under 207.5 [i trust in the alliance] play 2 nuggets +7.5 suns are known to grab big leads then go to shit . i think they will grab a big lead then let denver comebak for the cover in 4th qtr

Phoenix Under 227 Spurs +3 (That's what I got them) I still think too many points for Phoenix game. It will get close, but that's so many points for any game. As for the Spurs.. last time I'm playing them. If they show me up again tonight.. well then you won't see me play them till they get their shit together! GL fellas. Side note - Took late bet on LSU/Under(got under at 48) ---- I played small. Game will be close. I just can't get over OSU losing to Illinois.

Man o man, the Suns seem pissed off. And for all those who took the under I just don't know, these teams are shooting with like 18 secs left in the shot clock, your only chance is a shooting slump. PHX lookin good so far.

Guys, or any Alliance members on this right now. 2nd Half line is Den - 2. Play it big. I know the Suns dusted them as I predicted but Mello is pissed and so is DEN. They will play well in the 2nd half and I doubt they will loose by more then 20 points. Maybe a risky bet as I usually never play half plays but this is a good bet.
