True.  They obviously can't pick their matchups for the playoffs, but there is no doubt that it has an effect on how you go into a series. 

The Magic have the experience from last year's Finals behind them.  But the x-factor will be how well Perkins plays Howard.  Throughout the season he has played very very well against him.  The guy that absolutely murdered the C's last year was Turkoglu, and he's not there this year, so I like the C's in 7

Pietrus hurt the celtics as well last year. Perkins probably plays howard straight up better than anyone in the nba so ill give you that right there. Homecourt is a big deal for orlando. If you want to pick the celtics thats fine but say earlier than 7 cuz the wont win a game 7 in orlando

I give them a hell of a lot better shot at winning Game 7 in Orlando than a Game 7 in Cleveland.  Boston plays VERY well on the road.  Same general scenario as this series IMO...split the first two games, Orlando wins 5, Boston wins 6 and 7

Thinking the Series will come down to who scores more ...

In his 13th season  drafted in the 1st round out of North Caro 5th pick overall in '98 Vince Carter , or in his 15th season, also drafted in the 1st round (out of UConn) also an overall 5th pick (in '96), the remarkable Mister Ray Allen.

Though Vince is a little bigger @ 6'6" - 220 lbs, I believe Ray (6'5" - 205) has more skill, leadership, heart, respect and rings.  If you can shutdown LeBron, you can shutdown Vince.  Then what do they got?  Except for D. Howard, you got your run of the mill team from Oralndo, Florida.  Look for Dwight to get into foul trouble, lose playing minutes, and lose syinc.  Going to be a stormy   series
