so far perfect in these conference finals Warriors and Celtics setting the tone...
now with game 1 out of the way.... what is the thought process going into game 2? do we ride the zig-zag? will we get a split on both games? my gut says... no,
while it is possible, almost certain that the losing team bounces back and plays much better in game 2, does that necessarily mean they are going to win? the answer is no.
i feel that one team will go 2-0, and the other team will end up 1-1. i don't see both winning teams going 2-0. so, which team is it gonna be?
stay tuned..

DK this Cavs team look like the 2007 cavs team. Lebron and just some players. Yes KLove is not Chris Bosh where Bosh can thrive in iso play when Lebron is taking breather. Where as KLove role is just another Kyle Korver that can rebound. Lebron needed a second star who can take over, which he dont have no more in Kyrie. This Cavs and Celtic series going to be ugly real quick. If today goes in correctly i have Boston in 4. As for the warriors and rockets m/u i got Warriors in 6. I actually have rockets winning the next game. But the story of Lebron getting sweep by this Celtic team would be headline for this summer and will push Lebron to the West. Rockets, Spurs, or Lakers. Yes Cavs getting sweep seem crazy but this might be the year.

Based on how the 1st game went down, sure seems that way. My Celtics in 7 prop will look dead if the C's win game 2 and 3 lol who knows maybe Celtics in 6 too But still a ways to go anything can happen. Your right they miss kyrie badly and the trades didnt really work out for them those players arent playoff savvy. From that trade, Only George Hill and Rodney Hood have a year of playoff experience. The Cavs are relying too much on their starting 5 they are playing way too many minutes. The Celtics rotation has been masterful and bench is much more deeper. They have 3 or 4 guys off the bench who can contribute whereas only 1 for the Cavs in Jeff Green. Tristan Thompson seem almost nonexistant in these playoffs but i hear there will be a lineup change meaning they may put thompson back in the starting role. Might be a good move to limit the bleeding but the Cavs will look old and tired by the time the series is over

Originally i said i was going to stick to my plan and back Boston every game, might lose a few but overall i see longterm value., and so i will oblige. That being said im not going to go as big compared to game 1. In game 1 i took spread(med), ML(med small x 3 bets = large) and took a live spread -17.5 in the 2nd half..
Game 2 pick
Celtics -1(med small)
Would take ML but its -115 so i go with spread. My plan is to take the C's live spread and ML and 2nd half line if Boston is behind. I feel this may be a good chance of being a back and forth game so i will save my cash for in-game. To answer my questiom from earlier, i think Rockets and Warriors tie it up at 1-1 and the Celtics go 2-0. I dont see any reason why Boston should lose this game while everyone else expects the Cavs to bounce back and tie it up this team is old hat....
I expect the series to play out like this. C's go 2-0 at home. Split or lose both in Cleveland i will say split. 3-1, and then from here anything could happen. C's close out in 5 at home. Cavs give one last desperate win to avoid elimination and lose in Cleveland in game 6... or we could have like the bucks series where all home teams win and C's win in 7. Not quite over yet.. but C's in a good spot at the moment. BOL fellas

Lets break down some more on LBJ's postseason history when he is down 0-1 in a series. Like i said he has won 9 out of 16 series when losing 1st game of series. However, he had alot of help when he played for the Heat. If we take that out of the equation LBJ has just won 4 out of 10 series with the Cavs. When series is tied after LBJ wins game 2 he has won 2 out of 4 series. When LBJ goes down 0-2, his team has managed only 2 out of 6 series wins.. big difference. We all know that Levron has to win game 2, otherwise his chances to win are more difficult down 0-2.
Getting game 1 was important for Boston to establish and set the tone as usually 70% of time(dont quote me on that but cant be that far off) teams that win game 1 usually win the series. If the C's win game 2 their survival rate increases further so i see them hanging on and fighting for a win. The Cavs will no doubt give it a much better effort tonight and hit better percentage on 3's. Celtics will still give em a challenge as they are better perimter defenders. Lebron will try his best to avoid going 0-2 because he hasnt had much success with Cavs down 0-2 aside from that miraculous Finals win we already know about. It'll be important for C's to get game 2 just as it was important for them to get game 1. C's are still trying to learn to get it together on the road and cant afford to lose one at home.
Interestingly of note, when Lebron goes down 0-2. In the six instances, he has taken the series to three game 7's, one game 6, one game 5 and a sweep by San Antonio.. take that as you will. If series tied 1-1 i think it goes 7. If boston goes 2-0 boston in 6 with slight chance of 7.

Dont worry Harold. Total is still in business. C's will ramp it up.loved a few of the defensive plays to end the half. Going to come down to a 1 possession game
