Well actually just leans for now. Let me know what you guys think!
Cavs +2.5....I think Cavs are a very live dog tomorrow. Vucevic should be held in check with Bynum and Varejo. Cavs have the edge in the back court as well with Irving and Jack. Cavs are a team that I think can put together a run before the all star break to solidify themselves as a playoff contender. Orlando started hot and fizzled. I don't like the match ups for Orlando in this one.
76ers+8.5...too many points. Sixers coming off a tough loss where they fell apart after a 39 pt first qtr. Raptors are about equally talented and don't deserve to be this big of a favorite. Seems like bait though. Can't see many ppl lining up to bet Toronto at this #
Pelicans -4....Memphis is awful right now. Western conference bottom feeder by all star break. They will be thinking ping pong balls after the break. I'll lay the points with a Pelicans team at home fighting.
Sacramento+6...Phoenix is balling this year but I think this # is a bit high. Kings just acquired Rudy Gay and he is a good scorer. With Cousins and Isiah Thomas that's a pretty good 1-2-3 scoring punch. What ever happened to Marcus Thornton? I actually like this Kings team as I think they will give me a max effort. Suns fight too and do have a lot guys capable of scoring. Lean heavy towards this over.
Knicks +3.5....Boston will soon start to fade. They have played admirably but like Clippers tonight against a healthy Nets, Boston will be out classed, Knicks are rolling alil bit with Amare looking great. K Mart is back in the line up to provide the toughness and rebounding and Melo is Melo. JR Smith will have a big game tomorrow off the bench as he is up for 6 man of the year so far. Knicks may start slow tomorrow but they will fire back and win outright in the end,
Houston+5.5...Warriors had the night off as Houston just lost to Portland now have to fly into Oakland for another road game tomorrow. In this spot a lot of teams fold. Rockets have a good core of guys that I believe will fight hard tomorrow. Houston can score at will Warriors imo without Iggy in there. Rockets will win outright or lose by one possession.

BTW, that Portland game was intense. Have to give the edge to the warriors. They are rested and this is a big time revenge game. Besides they are 8th in the standings. So there is no way they let the Rockets off the hook on national TV. I see them running and pushing the ball until the Rockets tire out. The only thing that worries me is an injury, cause the dubs have no bench to speak of right now.

I'm going big on the pelicans, -4 right now will be -5 and probably higher tmrw by game-time. They had a day of rest after the overtime game, just what the doctor ordered and I think they sweep this Memphis team who's hurting for scoring.

I like all your picks. I liked orlando, but i agree with you that celveland's overdue to break out on the road (@1-9 on the road, they'd better be; but i wouldn't put money on cleveland on the road till they've proven they can win a few). i'm on philly. nervous naturally; cause the wounded players could come out with a chip on their shoulder. but if tony wroten can stay on the court, philly should give them a game. like pels and houston (i'll be at the game and monitor it for you!). Brooklyn -4.5...Pistons are scrappy but much like the Atlanta Hawks very inconsistent. I think where this game will be won is the backcourt. I see a huge advantage even with Brooklyn on the B2B...Williams over Jennings is mismatch. Jennings wont be able to guard DWill - this I know. Could also KG having a big tonight for once. Shaun Livingston and Blatche key off the bench again tonight. Can't rely on Will Bynum, Kyle Singler, Jonas Jerekbro, and Charlie V. Bench advantage to Nets even with Jason Terry and Kirilenko still sidelined with injuries. When they get those two guys back they will easily be the 3rd best team in the Eastern Conference. And dumb behind Charles Barkley said last night the Wizards are the 3rd best team in the East. LOLOLOL He says he is big on Bradley Beal and likes their bigs in Nene and Gortat. Now I do like this Wizards a lot but 3rd best team in East is a stretch considering they missed the playoffs entirely last year and didn't make any HUGE moves to upgrade the team since last year. Yea - im getting off topic now I know but I will say my TOP 5 teams in East are as follows
1.) Pacers (with a healthy Granger)
2.) Heat (it'll be interesting to see if they add before trade deadline)
3.) Nets (starting line up by end of year - Williams Johnson Pierce KG Lopez) with Terry AK47 Blatche Livingston Taylor and Reggie Evans off the bench
4.) Knicks (when Chandler comes back they make a big run)
5.) Wizards
6-8 in no particular order (Hawks, Cavs, Pistons)

Your basketball info and write-ups have been great. I like todays card as well for the most part. Cavs really coming around finally to MB's system, anchored by Bynum in the post. Make no mistake about it, it is tank city in Orlando, as their GM was identified as the one quoted preseason basically admitting to that strategy.
Ill pass on Pelicans/Sac. Everything else looks good.
The Bricks are vastly improved without Felton. Him and JR on the same court remind of me that special Ed class in Elementary School, the one far away from the regular classes with Recess coming after our recess ended so as to avoid trouble.
I also think the Rockets will beatdown the Dubs. Howard/Jones will dominate the boards against the soft Lee/Bogut combo. My take is this, they are similar offense/pace, but anything the warriors can do, the rockets can do better. While they both shoot the roughly the same, the team that dominates the boards will always have a clear advantage.
