SUNDAY 1Q PLAYS:
ORL-1>>> Orlando is 11-2 covering at least one quarter. As a road team, they are 5-1, losing only to DET as an 8 1/2 point fave. Toronto is perfect on the road, but at home they are 3-2 losing to ORL & DET as home dogs.
NY +3>>>NY is perfect at home, but has yet to cover both 1Q & 3Q. BOS, on the other hand, is dismal at 1Q & 3Q. They do most of their scoring in the 2Q & 4Q. As a road team they are 2-2, losing the last two road games against NJ & IND. For the season BOS is 6-6 against the numbers. BUT, Boston's trend is either to win both quarters or lose both quarters.
LAL -3>>>LAL is 7-1 at home. They have covered 11 of 16 quarters at home and covered both quarters 4 of 8 times. OKC is 3-2-1 as a road team losing to HOU and ORL.
IND/CHA pick em>>> IND is perfect as a road team and CHA is perfect as a home team. I would consider this a 3Q play.
