recap # This was a easy Grade this was by far Kobe's best overall game this season. So many positives from his performance. the most important 1 was a win. the second most important positive was Kobe was passing the ball and the ball wasn't sticking. Kobe +/- was even which is actually a positive as most games this year he has been in the negative due to him taking awful shots but mostly because the Lakers are not good. All in all it was a average performance from bean but he made enough winning plays down the stretch to pull out a close win vs a putrid Timberwolves team so he doesnt deserve any props or boost up in grade because of that. Biggest positive of the nite for bean was that he got to the ft line 13 times. Biggest negative of the nite is he had 2 assts and 2 turnovers thats a bad ratio for any player who has the ball as much as bean

Kobe numbers recap analysis and grade for Game 24 @ Indiana Pacers
recap # Kobe looked like he was trying too hard early in the game going 3 for 10 in the first half but he got to the line 7 times which was good. his 2 assts to 2 turnovers lets you know easily that Kobe was not looking to facilitate on a nite when he needed 9 pts to pass MJ for third all time on the mount rushmore of scorers. In the 3rd quarter Kobe came out and was pretty much a decoy offensively letting guys like boozer and wesley johnson get off. When kobe came into the game mid 4th he started chucking like his life depended on it and he hit some big baskets down the stretch especially a 3 with a minute left to break a 94-94 tie. Kobe +/- was even which is actually a positive as most games this year he has been in the negative due to him taking awful shots but mostly because the Lakers are not good. All in all it was a average performance from bean but he made enough winning plays down the stretch to pull out a close win vs a putrid Timberwolves team so he doesnt deserve any props or boost up in grade because of that. Biggest positive of the nite for bean was that he got to the ft line 13 times. Biggest negative of the nite is he had 2 assts and 2 turnovers thats a bad ratio for any player who has the ball as much as bean

recap # Kobe is getting worst and worst each game. Tonite he stunk from the field like usual but he did some good things besides scoring getting 8 assts and 8 rebs. Once again he could not close and is 0-10 from the field under a minute with the game either tied down by 3 or up by 3. He had a decent look at the buzzer but came up short and he is trying too hard to be a closer and thinking too much. He has no legs and its getting mental and Scott should lower his minutes to under 30

recap # This was one of the worst and most selfish games ive seen Kobe play this year. He wasnt even trying to find teammates and just forcing everything with 9 turnovers. He was putrid from start to finish. No need to elaborate 8-30 fg with 9 turnovers 3 assts # enough said

Recap # Kobe came out and made a conscious effort to be a facilitator and be inclusive towards his teammates. Kobe only shot 10 times but he did a good job of getting teammates involved and was active and looked more energized due to the rest. The 5 turnovers were still too high and kobe only shot 1 time in the fourth and he actually hurt his team for a change by doing that cause offensively it was like playing 4 against 5.
overall grade # C # i like when kobe plays facilitator mode but i would prefer his fga between 14 -19

Bean is still scintillating to watch when he is in a rhythm and Tabo Thefelosha got torched last nite and he is a elite defender
