Posting this one early for everyone in case the spread jumps a point. Terrible spot for the Clippers here, there on the midst of what turns out to be a 9 game road trip for them. 7 straight road games followed by 1 home game then back on the road to Golden State essentially makes that 1 home game just another road trip for them. The Warriors will be a tough heated matchup for the Clips with there recent battles and tension and it doesn't look like the Clippers will have the legs to keep up for 48 minutes. I was planning on fading them for about 8-10 units today but the Warriors can be sort of a Jeckyl and Hyde team as of late. Either way I love the spot there in here, especially getting them off a home loss with no-one to look ahead to.
Warriors -5.5 (6x)
January:+39.8 Units 5+ Unit Plays: 9-1

Agreed with everything you said Cap except for the part that the Warriors are "sort of a Jeckyl and Hyde team." They are one. But they "should" show up for this one after getting embarrassed by the Wiz. Heard Mark Jackson on the radio and he was talking about his team's difficulties in getting up for lesser opponents and that there will be no such problems when the Clips come into town.

I'm a big Clippers fan and watched the last game these two played at
Golden State on Christmas Day and let me tell you if you didn't see that
game, despite it being Christmas and everyone supposed to be in the
holiday/family spirit, these two teams almost got into an all out
brawl. Blake got two T's and ended up getting thrown out of the game. I
can't remember when that was in the game but if I recall it was late in
the 3rd or early in the 4th. Also keep in mind Chris Paul played in
that game and JJ Redick didn't. Now Redick will be in this game and
Chris Paul won't. I personally am going to wait to bet the game. Might
make a live bet or 2nd half bet. I think the Clippers come out strong
and it'll be competitive early. But considering the Clippers played a
scrappy Wiz team just last night I'm inclined to think the Warriors turn
it on late at home as they often do. So hopefully I can get a juicy
line for the 2nd half. Even
GS minus the chalk seems the play to me but like I said I think I'll
get a little better 2nd half line when the Clippers are up by a few
points at the half. GL

Last time I tried to get cute like this, I pushed on the Wizards 1h before they won SU as 8 point underdogs. SMH

Clippers are 8-2 in there last 10 games and the dubs are currently a turn over machine. Gl.
8-2 but only 3-2 against teams with a winning record. And one of those wins came against the Bulls who have 0 offense right now. Take it for what it's worth

With these CA teams there is no home court advantage. Clippers and lakers share the same court and golden state and sac are just down the road. There are no long flights or hotels involved. Even the crowd wont be as dominant for one team as clippers fans can just drive up to the game...
Not a criticism, maybe you are right about this but I find sometimes people dont pay enough enough attention to the geographical location of home/away courts. Its thr same with houston/SA/dallas.. all from the same place so the home court factor is watered down when they play each other.
