I agree with you Pidi. Spurs have burnt me past two games, but I think tonight they show they are still a BIG threat in the west. Also on the under in Phoenix.. that is a ton of points for any game. The game comes close to it, but I think they fall just short. GL buddy.

Graphic - BOL my friend! Something ain't right about both the Spurs and the Suns thus far this year. Both look very lethargic at times and it is almost as if they are "cruising" until after the All-Star game. Saving gas to put the pedal to the metal after the break and make their playoff surge?

Pidi, I agree....I think the Spurs cruise every year until late season......and the Suns haven't looked spectacular......but I really think these are games that these 2 teams want to win tonite.....and when Suns and Spurs want to win, and care,,,,there are not going to be many teams right now that can do anything about it

Afternoon PIDI and fellow cappers, Been looking at both games all morning and gotta tell you, I am siding with Pheonix at home. I beleive they know they have not been playing typical Phoenix ball and with Denver coming into town, they will have to or else get blown out of the stadium. That bodes well for the over as well. ||an_wink.gif' border=0> Not sure about the over yet, but strong lean that way. As far as GS and SAS. I can lay the points easy right now. I watched the enitre game yesterday. Sad. The threesome is not there....yet. Ginolbi (sp) still has his left hand in a bandage???? THey are a lttle slow and I think GS has the chance to win this one by 10. I have really never seen a SAS team run with the likes of GS. They infact try and slow things down. But that won't work tonight.

Yeah I saw that. Just adding my 2 cents. It is interesting. After a while, we all are saying similar things. But that is good. I like to see consensus in thie thread or thealliance thread. Every now and then we gotta take our own medicine or pick and let the cards fall where they may. But alteast we are more educated as a whole. Let's get GS tonight PIDI! Who knows on the Phnx/Dnvr game. I think the first team who goes cold loses this one.

Pidi and uniden nice analysis. I am with Uniden on Phoenix. PIDI I am with you on GS and also think it says under. I just like Phoenix in a high scoring affair at home because denver is not very good on back to backs and has been winning lately but not exactly against top opponents. denver also not very good on the road and plays no d. it worries me that the Warriors are only 8-7 at home, and losers of 2 straight overall. I thought after last years run, they would be among the best home records in the NBA, but they actually have a better ROAD record then home, which is highly unusual for them. The reason the 2 game losing streak worries me is that this team is set up to be streaky. At times they cant be beat, but they are susceptible to getting into prolonged funks. However, the Spurs eeked out a win against the lowly Clippers, with Duncan getting banged up in the process. Although the injury sustained is not serious, you cant risk Timmy's health in January on a b2b. I think the line is made for people to jump all over SA with the logic that you will take the defending champs + the points any day of the week. Line stinks, the team in GS position covers most of the time, especially early to mid-season. I think the other line smells too. The line is made to funnel people on a 21-12 team getting 8 points. That theory is all well and good, but Denver plays a style that is not condusive against the upper eschelon teams in the league. Phoenix is a particulary a tough match up for them because they are smart enough to use Denver's tremendous shot blocking skills against them. I think Phoenix has a great chance to tear the apart

Saw the game also uniden and San-Antonio looked like one hell of a sloooooow team...very slow, they almost always took the entire shot clock to make a bucket, Clipps tried to speed thing up but no chance plus they got in foul problems in the 4th...that's why i think the under 205 as a chance...maybe a 102-93 win for GS

Pidi I like Denver as well, but am skeptical about the 4 games in 5 nights, whats your take on that? Also, Amare did not practice yesterday and is facing suspension and bell is questionable which is a big plus ||thumbs_up.gif' border=0>
